Associates pleasant and helpful. Cashier was cheerful and when my hands were full an associate volunteered to take the items in my hands keeping me from dropping everything since I didn't bother getting a cart.

I was shopping for a reciprocating saw at the Murfreesboro, TN store. When I chose the one I wanted, I realized that the display model was the only one in stock. I asked an associate to check if there were any more available, perhaps stored elsewhere. He said there were not, but called the Smyrna store to check availability. Smyrna had the tool I needed, so I went over there to get it. When i got to the checkout, an associate asked if I was the customer the Murfreesboro associate had called about. I informed him that I was. In addition to that special attention, the cashier asked me if I had a Home Depot gas card. I told her that I did a long time ago, but wasn't sure where it was anymore. (Murfreesboro does not have gas pumps at their store.) The cashier offered to sign us up for a new card, so we got one of those as well.

I didn't need help but I did find it odd that while passing several staff members no one asked for assistance or spoke.

Every time I visit this Home Depot it is a positive experience. They have what I need and usually find it on my own but when I need assistance there are always plenty of helpful associates to help. The store is well organized and products are easy to find, every visit is enjoyable.

My hot water heater went out and we decided to install a new one ourselves. Home Depot employees were very helpful in finding everything we needed. They gave us helpful hints and made sure we had everything. They were also very helpful in getting the heater out to my car. The lady at the check out was very friendly and checked us out with out any problems. The store was very clean and different areas were marked clearly. I will shop here for future needs.

I was finishing up a project at home and ran short of mulch. Pulled up to HD and there was a bunch of it and got help loading it into my car!

I had a deck to build in a weekend, by myself and I'm 45 yr old woman. I was not happy about loading lumber by myself. Philip L found me within 2 min, got all lumber, hangers, screws, and deck blocks for me! He pushed it all up to the cashier, loaded it, and even showed me how to use the tie downs I had just bought while securing it. I've been shopping at HD and Lowes for a long time and have NEVER EVER had better service! He didn't ask "Can I help you?" he said "What do we need to get for you?" and grabbed a lumber cart and went to work. He helped me find bigger screws for the corners that I didn't think of and suggested an extra deck block for more stability. Never once did I feel looked down on for being a female building a deck by myself GREAT SERVICE!!!!

Great store, Good tool rental department and good variety to pick from. In general this is my first and last stop for projects, from their electrical to plumbing selection this store is well stocked and the folks that work there are very friendly. I find myself there early mornings and late at night

I was able to find all of the items I needed for my bathroom remodel at reasonable prices. All of the items were in stock as well. The only problem encountered was trying to find an associate to help me. I checked several aisles looking but no one was there. I had to go to the front desk to ask for assistance. The man there was VERY helpful! He even left the front counter to help me with the desirable paint choice because he couldn't find the associate in that department either. It must have been break time!

If you are looking to purchase flooring...Dan In flooring in the man to go see!!! He will make sure you get exactly what you need and want. He will help you and answer any questions you may have. Judy at customer service was extremely helpful and friendly, too!!

I had trouble finding an item. I checked online before I went to the store and the site indicated that the store had 6 of said items in stock. When I couldn't find the aisle the website indicated so I asked an associate for help. He was not able to find the item either. He asked another associate for help and she willingly joined in the search. She was not able to find the item and she asked another coworker. All three of them were patient and dedicated to help me. What I most appreciated was they all helped with a smile and seemed genuinely concerned about helping me find the mis-located item. We found it!

The store was very clean. I liked that, even though I had to make a return, the product was still located in the same place so I could go right to it and find my replacement!

the corner molding requiored to complete my bathroom trim was readily available at this store. Easy to locate and helpful assistance got me in and out quickly for an old guy. Thank you!

Over the past few years ago, I have completed several renovation projects to my home. I am in Home Depot several times per week, either purchasing items or researching ideas (colors, designs, products, etc). I have purchased a wide array of products from flooring and appliances to materials and lawn mowers. I have always found Home Depot to have a excellent selection of products, both trendy and traditional. I love the opportunity to take advantage of the fuel card and get my fuel discounted as an added bonus from my purchases! Home Depot is, by far, my preferred place to shop for my home projects!

The Associate at the paint center was knowledgable about the paint rebate program and was quick to respond to all who were waiting for help. He had a real sense of urgency for the customers which is hard to come by these days.

The store associates were very knowledgeable and helpful even though I was just looking for a 3way LED light blub.

I hate to return items because usually it is a uncomfortable time. That was not the case at my Smyrna Tn Home Depot. The cashier was helpful and friendly. Sometimes you have to return stuff...my Home Depot makes it easy.

Vary pleased with store. all the service that was given to my wife and me.

i am not from the area and have now been to this store 2 times in the past 3 days. was not familiar with the layout but when asking 2 different associates on 2 separate occasions where items i needed were located they did not hesitate on telling me where to find them. they were both very courteous and professional. store was also very clean and even had a fuel station which i had not seen on a HD before. very cool.

While in the paint department we were still contemplating what type of paint we wanted to use for our new project. We asked the paint department associate about making something look vintage and antique. She then took her time with us showing us great options and ways of making our recently purchased bookshelf look exactly what we were in-visioning it to be. She showed us step-by-step what items to purchase and how to use them. She went above and beyond and was very helpful! The store was pretty busy, but it was nice for her to take the time and treat us like we were the only ones there and that our project was very important.

Shop here all the time, great staff and very helpful if needed

The lady at the check out counter was more interest in her I-pad or phone then dealing was the customer .

Store is very clean but if you need help it takes time to find association and they are not friendly.
