My wife purchased the wrong toilet kit so I took the unopened kit back for exchange, however the exchange was denied because i didn't have a receipt and the unit was over $20. I told the refund person to just keep the unopened kit and I purchased the correct unit. He didn't seem to care and accepted my gift.

Not happy with the rental service department. Rep was very rude.

This Home Depot store is "my go to" when I need appliances, advice for home improvement for more than 20 years. Staff from management to porters always helpful and courteous. This is my store....

It’s very inconvenient when I was given a delivery date when purchasing. Then the date changes without any heads up

I shop at this Home Depot fairly often, I sometimes don’t find the products that I’m looking for. Otherwise staff in this store is very friendly and accommodating.

The overall service at the store in Snellville, Georgia was unacceptable unprofessional I purchased a washing machine and dryer I let them know that it can be Saturday the window of 8 to 12 at that time if that was not a timeslot that was available they should have let me know that because that was a dealbreaker I would not have purchased this washer and dryer, but I told that I could not have that delivery slot and they would contact me by telephone. No one contacted me by phone situation. I will not ever return to this Home DEPOT again assistant manager per him was very rude unprofessional no phone etiquette and showed no integrity. My husband made a report to the police dept bcz of asst mgs action. The officer agreed that this was not handled properly and he had had bad service there also. If I could give a rating, it would be a -0

I’m am very serious about how Home Depot has a garbage credit card system. I can’t stand how uneducated I sound even writing this review. I’ve been waiting for a supposed confirmation call for a week so that o can get a refrigerator and nothing!

The lady at customer service was excellent. Even though I didn’t have everything I needed to place my order she worked with me to get my order completed. She was very patient and kind. Made the experience much more pleasant. Thanks again

I recently had a fantastic shopping experience at the Snellville Ga. Home Depot while purchasing a storage building. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who were eager to assist me. The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to navigate the various sections. Not just the shed yet other product. I have gained new friends at the store as I have been shopping at the home dept in Snellville for over 20 years.

Miss Diane was very helpful and courteous. She definitely went the extra mile today

As a store manager for a local major automotive parts retailer, I understand the importance of extremely good customer service. I strive for that in my store and I see that they do as well at the Home Depot here in Snellville, especially Michelle in the garden department I would be lucky to have employees like this and Home Depot is fortunate to have the two people that helped me today in the garden department. A+ customer service.

I went to the Home Depot closest to my house to order materials for a project. My contractor had gotten the quote for the materials form another location and sent a picture with the list of materials and quote number to my phone. I thought i could go to my store and have them pull up the list by the quote number. I was on a strict time restriction and needed to set up the delivery asap. Rena asked if she could assist and i explained my dilemma. Rena tried to pull up the quote using the number from the phone but because it was not done at her store, she could not pull it up. She stayed past the end of her shift to key the entire list in by hand. Rena set up my delivery and my project will remain on schedule because of her hard work and dedication to providing the best customer experience possible.

I bought a vacuum and it was assembled on the spot. now that's customer service.

Today I visited this store for several items, and I had some questions about a home project that I was working on. I was quickly approached by a store employee with an offer to help me find what I wanted. Not only did this employee find the items I needed, he gave me some useful advice about my home project. I found him to be extremely friendly and more than willing to help.

I'm in Home Depot at least once a week. It's my favorite store because I just LOVE tools and gadgets!

Some Great People, Jamie, Jenn, Jennifer, Russell, Rich, Joseph, Hanan, Angela, Bobby, Phil, Claire and others I forgot to mention!!! But They have to KEEP The Good People, not fire them !!!!!!

the store was well stocked and we were able to find the item we were searching for. Unfortunately we did not purchased our second item based on the price increased. As seniors on a budget, we opted to not purchase.
