I was able to get most of the items needed for my home remodelling from this store. Didn't have to shop around elewhere.

The store has no self checkouts that take cash. Very disappointing from a customer service standpoint, not all customers use credit cards.

I visited the South Brunswick Home Depot store today. As I approached the lumber department I was greeted by an associate named Larry. Let me tell you when I say professional, knowledgeable and helpful. What an amazing shopping experience!

The staff at this location really goes out of their way to help when I need to match a part or get advice. Most recently one of the associates saved me over $100 by pointing out a limited-time sale on a tool I was preparing to buy at list price.

The employees were so nice.They came with friendly tones and always asked if I needed anything

I bought gardening stuff from the garden aisle...the lady at the cash counter (Ann) did a great job helping me

We bought a umbrella and base stand which we did not like and Home Depot associate seamlessly ensured return of the product

I visited 4 times in last 2 weeks since I started learn how to re-make my old furniture! Staff always ask me for help. I got an idea from youtube and bring question to the store and staff always make sure what I need and work!!!

I am a General Contractor and an Architect. I started my company in 2010 and since then I have been shopping shopping this Home Depot for most my purchases. Occasionally , I also shop other locations. Being an Architect and a GC I am very observant of knowledgeable, courteous employees , neatness of the store and efforts even at the smallest employee level to bring business to this store. Janet Baran, Erica, Matilda, Gita, and everyone at Pro Desk are the greatest examples of what an employee should be. Keep up the good work !

This is a larger and better supplied HD store than most in the metro area. Sometimes it is worth the extra miles for me.

The staff takes the time to answer my questions and guides me to make the best selections for my needs.

I bought 34 cases of flooring material. Paid for it and later a few days later, the specialist called me and said I will get nearly $1500 back as the material was available in-house and at a clearance price.

I wanted to buy a sliding patio door. I went to the South Brunswick Home Depot doors sections to inquire about the options available and the price. The person who was manning the door section, was unwilling to help and provide any information, he merely said, that if you dont setup a measure for $40.00, I have nothing to say. What a ridiculous statement. This store in general is very poorly run and the store manager should receive additional training or should be replaced.
