This is the Home Depot I know back in the days, where employees are willing to help, teach home owner like me to learn and do DIY project and help me find what I am looking for easily and quickly , Where customer service still exist. Other Home Depot store makes you feel that you are a nuisance to what ever they re doing which is usually nothing. I stop going to Home Depot lately due to lack of customer service, but this South Chino store makes me comeback. I m BACK ! ! ! p.s. I even re open a Home Depot credit card again.

I shop at different Home Depots because of my line of work, but I really like shopping that the Chino HP, because the tore always has what I am looking for if I need help staff is always very helpful; this weekend Claudia from carpeting was very helpful, she is very courteous and and knowledgeable. This store in particular seems to always be well coordinated.

This is our local Home Depot. It is clean and the staff seems to be making a strong effort to be more helpful and friendlier than in years gone by. Tons of parking ....very tidy and organized!

Great place to find anything you need for home or garded

Employees are attentive to customers' needs. I was the only one in line at the Returns section and had been waiting for the cashier to finish helping the customer ahead of me. Another employee stepped in to assist me.

Ariadna the cashier provided the customer service you should get every time. She acknowledged me, asked if she could check me out instead of using the self checkout and asked if I found everything I was looking for. This reminds me of the old Home Depot.

The employees were friendly and one in particular helped me find an obscure item. He saved me hours of looking. The check out person saved me $25 when she suggested I open a Home Depot credit card. What more could you ask for.

Joanna in carpets was very knowledgeable about all the products very helpful in allowing us to take time and explaining everything we needed to know about replacing our carpet I would definitely recommend going to buy your carpet and talking to Joanna

Generally the store is fine,just recently the store is a bit low on products, the employees are socially involved with each other instead of the customers and others seem to be having a bad day, so disappointed in them lately, I feel like I am in the way with them on the forklift.

This store is always clean and has the nicest employees. Even if it takes a while to bring something down they are reassuring you that someone has been contacted and is working on it. And the managers are just superb. Highly recommend this store for any job you have, they are the best.

Employees and Managers are very rude. What happened to customer Service? Employee “John” was at very Rude, to make a long story short he lost my Keys and wouldn’t help retrieve them because he said “I’m Not on the Clock” ( In front of his Manager) The Manager “Mike” response was “I will talk to Him”. Not Once did anyone apologize for loosing the keys or the Rudness of the Employee. I just spent $1400 dollars 2 days earlier on a Refrigerator from Home Depot. Where do you think I will do my future Home Improvements? An Appoligy is all I needed. WHAT HAPPENED TO CUSTOMER SERVICE?!?!

It's always a pleasure to shop at this Chino Store!
