I am very happy to get help at home depot. This is a great store for shopping. Associate is very nice and helpful. I would like highly recommend shopping at home depot. It has a great service when you need any help.

In the middle of a restoration rebuild after 2nd story shower pan leak. Easy to find and helpful associates to fund new fixtures, mirrors etc. Tile for rebuild whelp was horrible, took forever to find someone, associate not very pleasant, we seem e to b bothering him, just pointed and asked away...another associate on a forklift in a hurry kicked us out of the isle inching closer and closer unto l they saiid move we need to get something, couldn't wait

I am contractor and always use this store for my building materials the people are always very helpful and really cool.

Store is well stocked & well organized ; and kept clean. As long as they don't re-arrange the store , I can find everything very easily !

It was so nice to have a helpful professional guide me through the paint purchase experience. Steve was informative about the colors I was looking at, gave great suggestions, and helped me with a perfect color match. I appreciated his expertise and customer service is absolutely his forte. Thank you Home Depot for upholding a great customer service standard. I will be driving a few more miles for all my home project needs from now on.

I was running out of time, but I went into Home Depot found what I wanted and the Anthony, the cashier saw me and immediately called me to his register and had me checkout quickly. I was not more than 5-minutes in the Store. It just made my day, since I was in a rush. Thanks!

Everything was great and always is. Easy to find stuff and the staff is always very helpful and the coffee is great!!!!!

Ordered landscape materials for home delivery. Millie was very helpful in entering order and double checking all items. Materials delivered and placed as requested. Delivery driver was helpful and courteous.

This Store is always clean, everything is easy to find and accessible, I really love this Home depot. The Associates are friendly and patient, also easy to find, you do not see them Standing around , like you do at the Local Lowes in Corona, I was just there tonight, I found only one friendly face there. The others were rude. Home depot your Associates are the best !

I Love this Store, Everyone is Friendly and helpful, yes I would recommend coming here, I come once a week. We are re-doing our front yard, for a more drought tolerant landscape, I find this store has the best selection of plants. If they do not have what you need, just ask and see if they can order your plant.

I was very pleased with the knowledge ,professionalism and assistance provided by the store associate.......he clearly enjoyed being of help......great personality. The general cleanliness , layout and product displays made it an easy buying experience. Being the former President of a major Corporation,I can truly appreciate and recognize the influence of management [store & corporate] in achieving a "well-run" operation. Kudos to Home Depot...keep up the good work! You will always have me as a satisfied customer...as well as my friends & neighbors.

Associate had GREAT customer service very helpful kind and patient

I asked when I walked in for help and the person took me to correct aisle and showed me what to buy and also explained which item would be the best. He showed me different ones and then told me his opinion which one might work the best size wise. So I got it and took it home and he was 100% correct.

Multiple items I was looking for were not available, overall experience was good.

We had problems with our company credit card not working and the associate checking us out had very good attitude towards us.

Out of stock on items for to long a period of time. Wood products very green will warp in a short period of time when placed in my garage waiting to be used could be after just a few days

WENT TO THE PAINT DEPARTMENT TO PICK OUT SOME PAINT FOR MY KIDS ROOM. THE PAINT WAS OUT OF STOCK IN THE SIZE I NEEDED BUT "SETTLE STEVE" HELPED ME OUT AND HELPED ME WITH THE BRUSHES AND BASEBOARD PAINT IT WAS NICE TO HAVE SOMEONE TAKE THE TIME TO TELL ME WHICH PAINT GOES ON WHAT AND WHAT BRUSHES TO USE ON WHERE. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH "SEATTLE STEVE". THE STORE NEEDS MORE EMPLOYEES LIKE HIM

My wife and I were trying to determine what colors to use for our trim and stucco. We had settled on the stucco color (e.g "Calcium"), but were having challenges with "greens" (e.g. "Deep Forest Green" or "Hunter Green"). The color simulation unit worked "pretty well" but there were times what was displayed on the monitor vs the paint cards, just failed to match up. Thankfully, one of your Paint Dept personnel asked if he could help, We showed him the various paint cards and explained our challenges with trying to see what would work best. After some discussion with the sales associate, he mentioned we could buy 8oz containers of the different colors, plus there were special sheets that could be used to paint the color on and tack onto the wall, to get a better idea as to how the color would look. A great suggestion; very helpful to us.

The gentleman in Appliances is awesome. He was personable, friendly and extremely helpful in answering our questions.

Unorganized store. Went to look at tiles and most boxes were in the wrong places or single tiles were broken. Also the associates in the paint department were extremely unprofessional and rude. Cussing and saying how they can't wait to get off work and burping? Ignoring customers? Rude.

I happen to get the ideal associate. Without the assoc. (who just moved here from Seattle...not naming names per guidelines), I probably would not have bought the large pot & house plant ,which I really wanted, if it weren't for this assoc. The pot had a rather large hole. He listened patiently, helped me carry items, and collaborated with other assoc.'s to get me what I would need to repair it. Then, he discounted the pot for me, helped me at checkout, and helped to load the car. (I purchased a large plant, as well). Did I mention, he was GREAT with the kids too! Thank you "Seattle" Assoc."!

Great selection of what I was looking for, prices were better than expected!

Store is clean and associates are always asking if I need help (I rarely do). Everyone seems friendly and helpful. I usually stop in to look around and occasionally pick up supplies for whatever I am working on at home. I also get all my propane bottles exchanged here.

Nice, friendly and clean store. I was in and out within 10 mins.
