I had 3 associates help with my flooring and got me the right prices and everything I wanted from wood flooring and carpet. Two more associates helped me with the scheduling to get the job done. And one associate was there everytime I went in to pick up my orders as they came in and he made sure I had the help I needed to load everything. It has been a year since I purchased this stuff and 4 of the associates remember me and say hi and help us everytime we go shopping. I highly recommend this Home depot to everybody.

The store is like any other, helpful employees and the mobile app made it easy to find items. Only thing is you kinda have to look for an associate at times but overall nice store.

Every time I go to this location I always feel welcome. Also they always treat me nice and they are all always so friendly willing to help anyone.

Joel in the parking lot (loader) has been a awsome help in helping me load my truck, and keeping a eye on my truck when its loaded with tools. Just want to say thanks to the south fontana home depot in all the do to help my buiness grow and help with the material for my jobs.

THE STORE IS ALLWAYS CLEAN - WELL ORGANIZED - GREAT PRICES ON LUMBER PROJECT THAT I WAS BUILDING AT TIME OF VISIT ... THE PRO DESK REPS KNOW WHAT THEY DOING ON DELIVERY AND ON SPECIAL ORDERS . I ONLY WISH I COULD HAVE A FEW EMPLOYEES LIKE THE ONE THAT HELPED ME .. THANKS FOR THE WORK !!!!!

The store is very clean. It can be a little difficult to.find an associate to assist.you but once you do they are very friendly and will walk you to the product you need if you like.

I love this store. I live close by and was looking for something other than Home Depot. After a couple of visits, some of the staff remember me and my projects. I kept looking for the same people that were extremely helpful. I have been here enough times to practically rebuild my house.

Everything was easy to get.And everyone was so kind :)

Overall very satisfied with the Home Depot Store in my area. Very clean and well organized. The associates are friendly and provide excellent customer service. However, the wait time to obtain an associate's assistance is area Home Depot can continue to improve in. Keep up the good work!

the store was clean and nice as always . look people go places to getaway ,i go to home depot to getaway i love it there i can walk around all day and the one in fontana on santa ana is the one that i love and know every one there but u need to stop hiring little kids to work there they dont know what the who they are talking about just my opinion but i still love my home depot

I came in for a specific item that I purchased before at Home Depot and got it. But there was something else I would be needing in the near future and I needed help from an associate. It was hard finding an available associate. We were looking for firewood bundles and were not sure where they would be stocked in the store. We found out that they are seasonal items, however, we found firewood bundles at another Home Depot (Anaheim Hills) and also at Home Depot's competitor...Lowes (Chino Hills). Bonfires at the beach and camp fires in the woods are not a seasonal recreation.
