I have just re-piped my house from the meter all the way through the house. Plumbing Company bid $17,400, I finished it for about $1,500 plus my time and labor. Everybody at this store has been extremely helpful thru this 2 1/2 month project. Jesus in the plumbing dept. deserves a ton of brownie points for the way he helped a very tired and frustrated customer.

This particular store is always clean & stocked to its max. The employees are friendly & never a long wait in line even when its full of people.

Store associate Megan wasn't helpful it took return associate a very long time without help from her coworker.

Very helpful crew. I go to the store generally very early and have had no problems getting questions answered or finding products.

refrigerator was not delivered as scheduled after I removed food from refrigerator and freezer. And moved refrigerator outside when I called them they were rude and said they could deliver next day and would only cover $50 of the over $200.00 loss to spoilage.

The store is always stocked with the items I need. Always get help right away.

Been coming here for 11 years. This store is clean and employees are very nice and helpful. Everyone seems to know where everything I'm looking for is at. This saves me time the moment I walk in. My children are starting to know this store better than I and they are 10 & 8. Thank you Home Depot Employees. You have the friendliest cashiers.

At your Fontana store on Oct 2, 2018 had an awesome experience. Was try to get a purchase deferred and got great service from Michelle, Marisol and Crystal. Great service. They were very patient and went out of their way to get issued resolved.

This store has some of the best employee's I have ever encountered in a Home Depot. Everyone we dealt with was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Not something I would have ever expected from a Home Depot. They seemed to be well staffed and finding someone to help you find something isn't an issue like other stores I have visited, where you walk half the store to find someone to answer a question. Friendly smiling faces and excellent customer service.

Store is always busy but always clean and well stocked. Friendly associates (sometimes the returns people are grouchy....its understandable)

Store and personnel have greatly improved compared to five years ago due to change of store management. Now parking lot kept clean, shopping carts constantly brought back inside for customers, personnel very helpful, polite, and friendly. Whoever is store manager, should be commended.

Cesar Palos was great in helping us at check and helped me carry heavy items. Keep up he great work.

You need more cashiers and check out stations by all exits for the elderly / disabled - Do not like self check. I am not paying to check myself out Better customer service with knowlegible associates that are willing to help & friendly! Aisles blocked to long with people standing around chatting, it's hard to walk down the long aisles to get around the ones blocked

You need a whole staff like ROCIO running around to help customers. She is the best I've ever dealt with there.

This store is conveniently located for both Fontana and West Riverside residents. Although there are other Home Depots that I have been too, I like this one the best because of their large variety of live plants. The store was clean and the associates were helpful. I needed help loading bags of dirt and someone answered the call immediately. I was shopping for some more of the plants I had previously purchased from this particular store, but they were not available. I believe due to the time of year. Otherwise I was very satisfied with my choices.
