Great shopping experience

Exceptional service

This store gets "5 Stars" because Of Yvonne, Linda, Katie!!!

Horriable service by front end. And cashiers . walked in front end and got the stare down by one of cashier . did not greet me at all. Cashier "JAHARI" needs to be retrained. She does not look like she likes her job.

Overall the store is great and there are some very knowledgeable people like libby at pro desk she is vrry helpful and goes beyond to assist i recommend store for her

Super convenient location, for me! Near shopping and eateries. Super helpful staff. Se Habla Espanol too! I always go in for the "cull" lumber rack, Garden section or just to look around in the mornings! Too bad they don't have a coffee machine, hint-hint.

I can find products that I'm looking for pretty easily, and if not, employees I ask usually help me find it anyway. The store is pretty clean, but sometimes certain sections of the store are closed when there are products that I need from there, such as the garden section. It's somewhat inconvenient, but that's alright.

I will give a five stars to the two ladies who helped me through out my purchase, Kati and Brenda. They really exercised customer service. The store overall doesn't deserve the full 4 stars. Manager was called so many times and never showed up. I was so frustrated that if it wouldn't be for Kati and Brenda, I would be calling customer satisfaction right now.

I love to shop at the South Fontana Home Depot! This last time i had a cart full of lumber and i also needed some of the Husky 5000 lb shelf units. Debbie at the front of the store saw that i needed some help and arranged for David and Leon to help me get some unopened boxes and helped me load my cart with five heavy boxes. It would have been a lot of work for me to move away the torn and open boxes to get to the unopened ones, so i really appreciated their help. once i was ready to charge out, Debbie wheeled one of my carts over and i pushed the other. Raquel at the register was really sweet and very professional and efficient. One of the lot techs helped me load my purchase into my truck, so again, i was saved a lot of labor. This is a very well run, clean and professional Home Depot.

The store is very poorly run. Employees avoid helping customers and are busy talking to one another. It is extremely hard to find help and this Home Depot is set up differently than other Home Depots. I was sent to Paint whenever the employee couldn't tell me where an item was. I was told something was on the shelf and when I turned the employee (whom I was told was the department head) was gone! I mean disappeared. I was at my wits end! To make it worse they did NOT have the item. I have easily lost several hours dealing with the incompetence of this store including a talk with the store manager. Take a drive to Lowes or the Home Depot in Sierra Lakes, the drive will save you precious time.

I went in this morning to this Home Depot to get a restock on some paint! There was a good amount of people yet ERIKA was great she greeted everyone, by her multitasking she kept our way to a minimum! She was very efficient and friendly! One of the best customer service I have received a Home Depot and efficiency! Good Job ERICA!

Great staff and the friendly can-do attitude ask for Amanda in plumbing and Carl can help you with just about anything else that you need in the store And when in doubt ask for destiny at check out ......thats you're winning team right there guys

found everything I needed but the store outside and inside seemed a little bit shabby I use this store a lot and it seemed things were neater and well kept before and now if you look around it seems harder to find things on your own because of things not in the places where they should be

The thing I appreciate most, is that there is always someone ready and able to provide help when needed. I am not a professional person so I need guidance when looking for a particular item. Help is always there.

I went to go buy a New Ceiling fan for my kitchen but the one I liked was out of stock and it took a very long time for me to get help... If it wasn't for Christian the guy who works for the AC services giving me info on the AC services HD provides I would have walked out. Great customer service and such a sweet heart. He basically made my day. 5 Stars for him. I will continue shopping and hopefully the will have my fan soon.
