The employees of this store are the reason I have shopped with Home Depot almost exclusively for my home remodeling needs over the past few years, because they are always friendly and willing to help from the minute you walk in.

The associates always greet me as I walk in to the store and most of them say hello as I pass them in the aisles and ask if they can help me find something. They generally always have what I need. I love the app that tells me where what I'm looking for should be located.

i walked in and was immediately greeted and it was 7:30 AM found what I was looking for and has immediate assistance in getting questions answered ..I left Home Depot went across the street to Lowes and went to appliance area . No greeting at the door and no assistance in the appliance area and the prices were almost identical..Left Lowes went back to the Home Depot store and purchased a washer dryer and refrigerator ... Service was excellent , the only thing that could be better is the delivery time ..purchase of 07/30/16 but not delivering until 08/11/16

Shopping for new appliances can be very overwhelming. The employees we encountered in the store took the time to answer the 100 or so questions we had when comparing the different units. The employees that we interfaced with were out of this world great. We will be shopping at our local Home Depot store more due to the employees at our local store.

I do small projects around my house and this store has always had the products I need, when I need them

There are many places to shop for wood, paint, tools and other supplies in this town, but I will always choose the south parkway Home Depot. The staff are friendly, remember me and my kids, and are quick to help. They go above and beyond to make sure I have what I need.

We only bought mulch, but we were very satisfied with our experience..

The staff provided great customer support and were very courteous.

Problem was i had to scan each of them individually and then the scanner locked at payment and I had to start all over. This took another 15 minutes to checkout. The Gen X and Millennials have a right to worry about robots taking all the jobs and HD is a prime example where they replaced good cashiers with robots and helpers who know very little about helping you at checkout. No, I'm not old and my background is higher end computing, but this is a prime reason the BB HD type stores are suffering a slow down in sales. It is customer service that keeps your customers coming back; never forget that.

Great customer service, especially the cashiers. They go out of their way to assist the customers.

We were having a hard time finding a sander to rent. Home Depot had several to choose from. It was easy to rent and return.

The employee (nfi) was most helpful in showing the various types of tomato stakes and ways to uphold the plants.

I love the layout of the store and the ease in finding any product for which I search.

Store was extremely easy to get through even with my wife's wheelchair.

I was helped and could'nt find the charger I should of told the first guy, anyway told the other person it was isle FE- 010 she lead me to what I needed than gave me my discount. Thanks

Shipping today at Home Depot was a great pleasure to me. Associates were visible, and ready to help me with my shop. Thank You for having such a clean and calm atmosphere at this store. When I am at Home Depot, shopping isn't a chore, it is a pleasant experience.

The South Parkway store is a great place to shop. I have the option to shop next door at Lowes, but I find I have a better chance of finding what I need at Home Depot.

I went in to purchase a washer and dryer. I expected to be there for a long time trying to make up my mind. I met with an associate who was very knowledgeable and made great recommendations. I was in and out of the store within 30 minutes!

I was shopping for my wife, she needed a drill that was primarily for wemon and young people so it had to be light and easy to use. The associate spent time with me, going over every model and feature so I could make the proper choice. I returned home and presented my decision and was praised on the find, it truly fit the bill.

Over the past few years this Home Depot has stepped up the Customer Experience Management. They take ownership and follow up to make sure you are happy with everything while there and when they see you the next time. Try it sometime soon! ***Better than Lowes next door. And this DID NOT used to be this way! So, such a noticeable improvement on stepping up the Service to the reason a business exists: RETAIL customers. ~ "Excellence is a Habit NOT a single act"
