At the Home Depot on Hospitality Lane, the associates always greet you with a genuine smile. The store is always clean, neat, well stocked and I always feel safe shopping there. The associates are well trained and have great knowledge of all the products and they too ask for additional support to make sure you as the customer get exceptional service. Thank you!

I always counted on this Home Depot and its fine staff to assist me and my crew in all of our construction supply needs. Store is well stocked, staff very knowledgeable and helpful.

My shopping experience at the Home Depot store was a first for me. I just recently moved to the area and this was my first outing, so to speak. I was very impressed with the stock of items on hand and the knowledge the associates had regarding items I would not have thought they would even have an idea of what I was talking about. My spouse is disabled and needs to use a handicapped cart, as well. He enjoyed getting out and was very impressed with the assistance he was offered by just about every associate that he came into contact with.

The Pro Desk associates at store 610 San Bernardino are more like family. Treat me and my employees as we are their number one priority every time we shop. On the phone or in person every experience is a 5 star. Erin is very knowledgeable, helpful, quick and always happy to see her customers.

Online ordering for a first timer was horrible! I could go into detail but this text box would be full! The supervisor at the front was rude to me and passed me off to someone else. This was because she answered my phone call and she said I had to talk to someone else because another customer was standing in front of her. This was after 15 minutes of trying to track my order, which she couldn't do. They cancelled my order because insufficient stock and didn't bother to call me or pull the order from other store. I had to call each day for 4 days and never got a call-back. They couldn't track any orders and some items I ordered I received extras which I returned on "good-faith". I don't mind shopping here for items in the store, but never again for online ordering. Poor management, poor customer service, horrible service all the way around.

I come to this Home depot even though I live in Riverside. This store is very clean and the employees are very helpful. The order desk is extremely helpful and understanding when you make mistakes like ordering the wrong part.

Came in thinking we were going to spend over $300 for tile, instead we ended up spending just over $150. Great sales!

This is the best Home Depot store I have ever been to I don't ever write a review but I had to do it because I appreciate all the help that I get when I walk into this store

I have commented many, many times over the years about items not having prices on them, and may times I have not purchased them because of this ! Also, sometimes the aisle are not cleared and it is hard to move around in them.

Erin and Anton have been a GREAT help at the pro desk! They make things happen from a contractors point of view! See them if you need to get things done and or place an order for pick up. Great job guys!

My rating is based solely on Dave in the paint department. He is a miracle worker! He and Linda, the color expert, gave us efficient, friendly service and color corrected paint that we thought we would have to throw out.

Staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. They made my shopping experience amazing. Love this store.

My recent visit was such a pleasurable one. Shannon from the nursery was so beyond helpful and even researched and advised me on how to take care of my new trees. Every employee in the garden section was great and so nice!
