The store is well stocked and the people who work there have always been helpful. The store is close to where I live so it's nice to be able to stock up for work after most supply houses close.

Everyone at the return counter was very helpful and fast.

Felt like I was in a store that can handle all of my construction needs. One stop shopping and home I go.

I visited Home Depot.com to purchase a hot water heater which I ordered and paid for online the night before. It was available for pickup but during my visit I needed to purchase other items for my home. My friend and I found everything we were looking for and I did need the assistance of several associates while I was there. The store was neat, clean and the associates were friendly and helped me find everything I was looking for. I picked up those items and my hot water heater and was on my way in no time. Great store experience! Thank you employees of Home Depot!

I went in with a few questions regarding my home improvement projects. Rich and Scott were extremely helpful and spent a significant amount of time making sure that I had the correct parts for my job. Thank you, gentlemen!

I needed textured spray paint in a hurry! They had what I needed. Very Pleased!

I waited 45 minutes for someone to cut my carpet. I was told that they had NO employees in that department. Two other associates learned how to use the carpet machine and cut my carpet. 1-1/2 hours to pick up carpet!

I needed to replace 3 shelves and decided on the melamine product. The associate took the boards and cut them to the exact length and took the time to tape the edge being cut to minimize chipping. The associate did a great job and I had exactly what I needed. The shelves dropped right into place. Another project done!

I live in Wolcott and have a choice between 4 Home Depots within a relatively equal driving distance. I choose to shop at the South Southington location because of the quality of the employees who work there. Everyone is friendly and helpful and the store is always clean and well stocked. I just purchased a refrigerator on Sunday, it will be delivered next week- hopefully I will be as happy with the product as I was with the service I received at the South Southington Home Depot.

I quickly found all needed flowers and a new tomato plant. Jasmin my check out assoicaite was awesome friendly and got me out quickly. :)

I bought a dryer that would not fit in the area provided in my home. This discovery was made during delivery of the appliance. I went to home depot to find the right size i my price range. Patrick made that very easy for me, and I really appreciate that.

I was pleasantly surprised to find in two visits over Memorial Day weekend that there were never any long lines for the outdoor plant registers. It was as you would expect very busy in there and they did a great job of getting everyone checked out quickly! Great plant selection as well!!

I needed to make repairs on my deck after our 'Wonderful New England' winter. Home Depot had the materials I needed in stock and at a lower price then I had expected.

Needed building supplies to fix chicken coop roof and was kinda clueless. Received plenty of help from 3 different associates in the areas of roofing materials and lumber, with amounts and sizes of supplies needed, getting lumber cut, and better ideas for what and how-to than I came in with. Associates were patient, listened well, understood the needs and offered constructive choices and better ideas than my own for easy lightweight flat weatherproof roofing needs. Store associates are amazing resources.

Patrick went out of his way to be helpful and knowledgeable about the products and brands. He took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Patrick fully explained the extended warranty and the process in great detail. Although we went to the store to purchase one major appliance, we ended up purchasing 2 major appliances from Patrick. Patrick Robinson is quite an asset to The Home Depot corporation. We plan to purchase all of our appliances from the Home Depot and hopefully from Patrick as he made it a very easy, pleasurable experience!

There was an associate at the door to great us, Gave us the location of the product we were looking for, When we go close to our destination, an associate helped with picking up the salt that we needed for our " filtering, water system", & showed me where the single edge blades were. We were very satisfied with the , all around , service.
