reserved a rental truck. was told bring a drivers license,credit card and proof of insurance. however when i went to fill out paperwork was told fo rthe first time i needed a smart phone to scan something. not having a smart phone i was screwed

No one ever to help, could not find anyone in extrerior doors, and self check out is useless

THE DELIVERY IS VERY BAD IF YOU LIVE IN A CONDO... THEY TEXT 2 SECONDS BEFORE THEY COME AND LEAVE IT WHERE EVER BUT NOT WHERE IT SHOULD GO ...EVEN AFTER ASKING FOR A SIGNATURE WHEN PRODUCT ARRIVES ..NEVER GOT THE SIGNATURE

This is usually a well stocked store that is reasonably clean and organized. The auto tool section is poor (choices, variety, quality choices, etc.) in all Home Depots and no exception here.

Bought a washer dryer combo. Very impressed with Roger Mendez, the salesperson. He helped my wife and I in deciding which one fit our needs.

Local talent rings true in This Location. The ppl who work there are top notch and care about helping you find what you need. Always prompt and pleasant. I take my elderly Mother there, she enjoys looking around and all the staff

Bad customer service they don’t care

Home Depot boasts numerous employees milling about the store, but aside from two or three hardworking women—who seem to be from Eastern Europe—and an older lady who consistently puts in effort, the majority appear to do as little as possible. Many are often seated at their desks or walking around without purpose. While there is a significant amount of stock that needs replenishing, it often isn't displayed appropriately but is instead wrapped and placed on high shelves. The manager seems capable of addressing these issues, yet chooses not to, perhaps having given up on improving the situation. The tool rental section, in particular, could benefit from more attentive service, as the staff there often seem disgruntled or unhappy to be at work. The store itself is excellently located and spacious, suggesting that a fundamental change in staff engagement could enhance the shopping experience. Managers and supervisors should be more present on the floor, setting an example and leading by change. This is just my opinion based on my observations. Best of luck making these adjustments

Can’t find anything you need. Ask for help and takes forever to find someone in that department to help. Been shopping here for over 25 years and last five years it has gone down hill with stocked items and courtesy people.

I'd advise you download the home Depot app it will tell you whether or not it's in stock what aisle and bin things are in but if you need to ask for help I hope you packed a lunch.

Let’s continue to have 4 or 5 employees watch us use the self checkout registers and require assistance anyway for some reason or another. Just open up normal checkout with a human being. Also this 90 day return policy now is ridiculous. Contractors take longer than that to build a house and go to return extra things and are stuck with them

I'm happy the location is there. Very convenient for the whole area. Lifesaver when there is some kind of plumbing emergency or similar situation.

Was provided excellant service at the Pro desk this AM by Bonnie - after being treated Rudely by the customer service rep at customer service. He should have stayed home if he is so miserable to come to work.

Wanted to purchase a ceiling fan. They were up on the top shelf and I needed assistance. No one to be found in the lighting department. Went to customer service to speak with a manager. Was told to wait a moment. After 10 minuets I gave up and left the store.

Joseph was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. He took time to make sure we had everything we needed. He is a great representative of Home Depot!
