I went there today for a Christmas tree. The associates in the home and garden center were friendly and helpful. The cashier came over to let me know she could check me out and she had a great attitude. Another employee saw me struggling with my cart and helped me. I have been to this store other times and I always have had a positive experience. Highly recommended!

I had an excellent experience in getting a Christmas Tree. It was night time, the outside lights were not working but the store employee stayed with me and helped me select the perfect tree for my family. he went above and beyond to help make the visit great . I wish I got his name as he deserves some recognition for his service and perseverance. GREAT JOB and THANK YOU

The staff at this store are always very friendly and helpful. They always go out of their way to assist. My only negative is the lack of manned registers. It seems to be almost completely self checkouts now.

Shop early or shop late! During the day it is a nightmare to shop any Home Depot since there are so many “extra” merchandise stands in the shopping aisles. Good luck if you need a shopping cart; the aisles have become one way only traffic. The stores have become a FIRE HAZZARD! If a fire were to happen, God forbid, many people will be hurt because so many things in the way!

The store employees or available to answer questions and I found them to be knowledgeable and accommodating Orders came quickly and installations were made convenient to my timeframe

The pro desk at Brewster location is like no other around! They are helpful, polite and friendly.

The store assistants are good but before you buy anything need to be delivered you need to be careful. The delivery services need to be immediately improved.

it took over 45 minutes to find the item I needed, your phone indicated that this location had 13 pieces of that item and I was only able to find 1. The associate assigned to that area was deaf and I found it hard to let him know that I needed 2 more of the same item. The shelves were dysfunctional compared to other Home Depot stores. When the associate was unable to help me or call for another associate to help me, I called the main store line and waited over 10 minutes and no one picked up the phone after initially asking me to hold for one minute. I walked to the customer service counter to ask for help, and they told me even though that associate was deaf he could read lips. He was not able to read mine otherwise I would not have needed to walk from the back of the store to the front. This store needs a competitor to open up nearby so that this store has some competition and us, the consumers can have more choices and patronize the ones that want our business. I had a cart with over $200 of other items that I just left in the store. Very poor setup, very disorganized and poor management. The store manager needs to have a team meeting and let the employees know that customer experiences such as this does cost the store money

Damaris is an asset to this store and the Home Depot brand. Love shopping this store

I went into the Brewster Home Depot to purchase peel and stick tiles for my stove backsplash. I received amazing assistance from Doug in the tile department. He explained how to use the product and went above and beyond making sure that I understood how to install the product and that I had the correct tools. Other employees were also helpful in finding other items that I needed.

I love the people at the Pro Desk. Always friendly and helpful. Always on top of store stock and if they don't have it they will order it

This store seems cleaner than the other HD near me. Not as "run down" and dusty. Found what I needed (would have liked a larger selection of brands to choose from for deck stain) at a good price (manufacturer's rebate). I didn't care for the lack of cashiers and being forced to wait in line for a self-serve checkout kiosk, but it wasn't too long of a wait. I still like my local hardware store better, but the hours aren't as good.

Store employee Damaris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable

we raise guiding eyes puppies and the Brewster Home depot is quite helpfull by allowing us to visit the store with our pups and all of the staff make us feel welcome and secure

I visit the store at least a few times a week. When I need help I find people are extremely helpful
