The check out line was really busy so an associate assisted me through the self-check-out line. She was very helpful and friendly.

I found the guy in the electrical dept very informative and knowledgable . Gave me hints as to age of my house and how to used the electrical boxes required. Paint person was very good too.

I had a special order for a large quantity of flooring and needed to know if it was available and if there would be special pricing. The associate was very helpful and even made some additional calls to confirm my questions. The product arrived on time as promised.

It was Friday evening and I had to run to Home Depot quick as we had workers coming the next morning to paint our home. We needed rollers, brushes, pInt, the works. The rep at the counter had all of our paint mixed and ready to go in about10 minutes. Great service!

This was me (parent) buying a washer for my daughter who lives in Iowa. WE were able to do this and me pay via phone. Made things easy for us in this time of need. I live in Alaska. Thank you Home Depot. I asked my daughter the questions as I did the survey so this IS HER experience in Iowa.

I was sent to this store when the store in my neighborhood was sold out of the product I was going to purchase. When the new store was also sold out of the product, the associate discount a similar product and saved me from having to drive an additional 20 miles to get the product that was on sale. First class.

Very helpful during my visits to this store. I love the garden center. i ordered carpet from home depot . already installed. very happy with the service.

When purchasing an exterior door, I found that Home Depot was very comparable to other home improvement stores and the associates were very friendly. I was able to use my mobile phone to bring up what I found on Home Depots website and the associate honored the online price. The personal assistance was deeply appreciated. And we are enjoying both storm and front door. The door really creates a wonderful face lift to our home. The store is always clean, that's why I prefer to shop here. Every time I walk in I always have at least 1-2 associates asking if I need help. That is appreciated!

We prefer the SE 14th location over others in the DM Area. The sales associates are extremely helpful and courteous. It seems they also do a better job of approaching those of us who are not great at home repairs and providing assistance when we look as if we need help- thank you.

Although I am familiar with the layout of the store I had a problem finding a trash container with wheels. I did find one in the garden center. Other than that every thing else was great.

The cashiers were eager to help and I was very pleased that they were willing to assist me.

We bought a clothes dryer. We had previously visited Sears and although they had the item we wanted on sale, they did not have the item in stock and couldn't deliver it for 3 weeks. We decided to visit HD and found the item in stock. We asked if HD would match the Sears sale price. HD looked up the Sears sale price and matched it with an okay from a manager. The item was delivered in less that a week. We will definitely consider HD for future large appliance needs.

Honest confident assistance . We had been told online chat that the refrigerator we were looking at had gone off sale in Ankeny but your store sign said it had gone on sale on the 16 of July. So asking about this, your store help said it might not be on sale online but we could pay for it at the sale price there and have it delivered to our home. The assistance we were given and how the 2 staff treated us made me so happy answering all questions and going over the product, the guarantees, the delivery experience. Wow ! Just shows a lot of class to have someone be able to have the answers and make us feel this confident in making a good choice for purchasing this item. While waiting around in the store and browsing was so nice to see store staff cleaning, asking if we needed help and being acknowledged with a smile! Way to go Home Depot!!

The store was very clean the only thing I was trying to find a storm door did not see any postings where it would be me and my husband was walking around the store to find our screen door we did finally find it the employee there was very helpful I will go back to the store

Walked in was greeted at the door. Found what I was looking for and the associate walked up ask if I needed help.. talked to him about a few models that you offered and he helped me load up the cart with my new lawn mower. .. then pushed it to the cashier and had about a 5 minute wait to check out.. and then got rang out and asked about the warranty plan and was told how it works. After all that the associate help load it in my van....

The store was very clean, which is a huge difference from the South Side Walmart (across the street). Everything is were you would think it would be for easy find. The only issue I had was trying to find a specific product that I couldn't find and when I went to the cashier to check out (after I had done gave up looking for it) the cashier or the person that was trying to help me find the product didn't know anything about it. Other than that, its a good store to shop @, love that they help military folks w/ 10% off. Love that they have a friendly staff.

I just went in for a rain gauge and found it very easily in the Home and Garden section of the store.

My phone signal is dampened and unavailable in the store iteself due to roofing, maybe add antenna so people can use their cellular device sinside the store

Went to look at plants for my garden. Found the ones I liked and purchased them.

i like the store and the people and cleanliness but it was warm in the store
