Well needed Lawn Mower, glad I stopped in!

They had the appliances I needed at a reasonable price. Delivery was also another good deal as not too far in future as in other stores. Associate Yordy was extremely patient, knoweledgable and helpful. I love my appliances at a great price.

They do the best to sell

One of the niceties stores i have visited and work as I do its almost daily. They are there to help you and tell you what will work best for the job you are doing. very knowledgeable employees. store is very clean and organized.

Garden center did not have items registered so you cannot get them scanned at register to buy. Very disappointed.

The Home Depot on OBT south of Oakridge Rd was very helpful and friendly during my visit. A gentleman in a wheelchair made my visit excellent because he took a lot of time talking to me and assisting me with questions I had. I was very thankful I met the guy!

Been shopping here for ten years now . I always have a good experience at this store. The store is always clean and organized. From the floor reps. to cashiers to outside loading help has always been pleasant experience. Fransisco is very nice and always goes above and beyond to help consumers with loading. Gretal and Windy are very sweet ladies always looking to assist with a smile quickly and efficiently. Thanks!!

Don’t do what I did and call this store to verify that any item is in stock and then proceed to pay over the phone and schedule pickup. I called three times before heading to the Home Depot to pick up my curbside order of floors at no time did anyone tell me that my order was not in stock. This location took my $3000 days prior and scheduled curbside pickup knowing they did not have the flooring in stock. I had to pay contractors five hours for doing nothing until I got different flooring from another location. They promised free delivery after I spent 2.5 hrs in store, I headed to the location where the floors were anyway and that Home Depot did not know anything about a scheduled delivery and did not have a driver for that day. I ended up having to pick up 50 cases of flooring myself from the Narcoosee location and bring it to Clermont. I was not offered any compensation but “free delivery” that never happened. They are totally unprofessional and incompetent. If they mess up, you will have to figure it out. They did a “will call” to the other location so I wouldn’t have to be refunded, Don’t go here!

The store is always well maintained and clean. Have merchandise available, plus have the rent tools options.

The guys at the lumber department are really disrespectful, plus they got the measurements for the wood wrong 4 times. They all had an attitude and no one wanted to take responsibility of their mistake. They even wanted to sell me damaged wood panel. The only person who tried to help genuinely was (Chris) the manager just gave up in one try stating he was gonna give us a refund because no one took responsibility of the mistakes made. He told me to get the refund and go to another STORE! Whattttt he literally kicked me out and walked me out as well... at some point I feel disrespected and discriminated !!!!! I spent 3 hrs of my day trying to get what I spent 3 hours for and it was a fiasco!!!!! U guys need a better lumber department employees.
