Super clean and organized. Everyone employee was accommodating. I hade my two young sons with me and everyone was so kind.

I Have had to make two returns the past week, last one being today a Blackstone grill that was damaged upon delivery. The customer service team is absolutely wonderful taking the time to see that my return was handled and to reorder the product for me. Thank you Home Depot for the great associates not only behind the desk but on the floor as well. Home Depot is my number one go to for all my needs.

I recently visited Home Depot to purchase some home improvement supplies and was amazed by the exceptional customer service provided by Brittany and Naomi, two of their employees. From the moment I entered the store, they greeted me warmly and asked if I needed any assistance. They patiently listened to my requirements and helped me find the exact products I needed. Brittany's expertise and knowledge were evident as she guided me through the store and provided me with detailed information on how to use the products. She was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I found everything I needed. Naomi was equally helpful, offering her expert advice and assistance with a friendly smile. Their positive attitudes and attention to detail made my shopping experience a breeze. They made sure that I had all the information I needed and provided me with some helpful tips on how to tackle my home improvement project. Even when faced with challenging questions, they remained composed and focused, working tirelessly to find the best solutions for me. Overall, I was impressed with the exceptional customer service provided by Brittany and Naomi at Home Depot. Their commitment to providing outstanding support and their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers is truly commendable. Told they had 5 lawnmowers in stock (online and at the store) so we ordered one. Made a delivery date and then 2 days later we are told now they can’t get it delivered until later in the week. No one will explain the problem. VERY FRUSTRATING!

We had to as different employees where certain items were. Everyone were asked showed or directed us to where we needed to go without any hesitation. Checkout was very pleasant also.

We just went to look at carpet and had another company coming to give us carpet but after talking with Loyola we changed our mind. This lady was so kind and helpful. She was very patient and addressed all our questions with the greatest professionalism!

Had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, best in a long time or at any home improvement store.

Every time I come in to this Home Depot, every person I come across seems eager to help, always asking if I need help with anything. I generally don’t, since I’ve already looked it up online as to where the location of the items I’m looking for are, but it’s always nice to know that they’re willing.

I visited this store today after leaving Lowe’s, realizing they did not have Apple Pay. To my surprise, Home Depot did not have Apple Pay as well. Amandeep saved me from having to go home to get my purse (that I had to forgotten at home) and manually checked me out with my card number I keep saved in my phone. Her service saved me from visiting a different store that is closer to my home. Thank you Amandeep for saving me time and resources!

Home Depot has been great to deal with, and the customer service especially a lady named Gina was awesome.

Took 20 minutes in an empty store for someone to finally come and help get a tool. Employee came and didn't have the correct key for the lock and had to wait another 3 mins for him to finally get us the tool.

The staff could not be friendlier, wonderful place to shop.

This store has the best employees around. If they don't know they won't rest until they figure it out.

The worst customer service, very disrespectful

I had appointment scheduled for installing flooring for newly purchased home. I was greeted by the representative very nicely. Her name is Loyola Slagle. She could help me update my order, suggest me what flooring options are good and if my option to install wood flooring in kitchen was good. She helped me everything and her detailed eye on the quote helped me save some money as well. I would surely recommend her to my friends and family. She is such a lovely person to work with.

I received great customer service at this store. They were willing to work with me on a price adjustment without any hesitation. I intend to make this my home improvement store of choice from now on!

I visited Home Depot on Southport Rd, twice in the same day and both times the employees were very nice and helpful. One went out of his way/department to help me and the other seemed to actually want to work. She was friendly, knowledgeable, knew the computer program very well. She was pleasant and I hope to see her on my next visit.

Everyone was extremely polite and eager to help. Associates in Doors and windows section were very knowledgeable and insisted on customizing My door trim.

Bought a large 12 drawer tool chest at the best price. Customer Service was excellent. Especially Carli. Cashier was fast and helpful.
