Is that made a mistake mixing the paint color I requested. Had to pay painter hundreds of dollars to remedy. They will not even refund or replace for the correct paint. Showed a photo of my paint sticker. " "Silver cloud". They mix the paint to "silver clouds". I understand people make mistakes. But not owning up to it I'm making up but at least replacing the paint.

I bought two bags of grass seed. The grass grows fast and looks great.

My wife and I went to this Home Depot to look for a washer and dryer for our new home and found what we thought would suit us. Wesley Johnson was there to answer our questions, go online and get more information for us and all in all took very good care of us during our time in the store. He made sure that all our questions were answered and that whatever discounts were available to us, we got.

9 times out of 10 Home Depot has exactly what I am shopping for.

I was impressed that I did not have to wait or search for a sales person for help. Was looking for a refrigerator and Ron was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions. Will definitely consult them again for my next appliance need.

The Home Depot sales representative was NOT knowledgeable about Home Depot’s delivery options. My delivery experience was NOT as described by the sales representative. Everything that was explained to me about the delivery process DID NOT happen.

We had to buy a new clothes dryer. Researched what was the best one to get. Also researched who had the best pricing and other aligned offers. It was Home Depot. I want in ready to buy and get out quickly. We did. I wanted to avoid the unexpected. Well the unexpected occurred anyway in the form of about the best home store experience I've ever had. The salesperson, Larry, in the appliance area was fantastic. Friendly, inviting, patient, knowledgeable, etc. I cannot say enough. When a tiny hiccup occurred on the new credit card opening discount he handled swiftly at the Customer Service desk with us. He fellow employer, Stephen, was great as well. Never really had an experience like that one before shopping for an item such as that. Thank you Larry and Stephen. I don't want to buy another dryer anytime soon but if I have to I know where I'd go back to in a second.

Brandon in the paint dept was very knowledgeable and showed excellent customer service skills when we made our first purchase at this store, 6 gallons of paint. Recently purchased home so shopped flooring products. Shaun and Rob C. are very knowledgeable and helped us better understand our options for flooring. Also, mentioned our great experience and these 3 employees to Amanda (Manager) on the way out.

I ordered fire logs for delivery yesterday as it was supposed to be down in the 20's and instead of delivery to my door they left it by my mailbox which is 260 feet from my house. The picture they took shows it by my mailbox but the product is not there. When talking with the home depot they tell me nothing can be done and I need to contact my bank and dispute the purchase. Bottom line is i don't have the delivery and have to spend extra time to contact my bank. Thanks home depot for caring about your customer

I really like this Home Depot store. The people make the difference. I drive past competitors stores to get to this location. Prices are good, selection is good, and the quality is ALWAYS good. And the people are not only helpful, but very friendly. They all seem very eager to make sure the customer is satisfied.

I have been shopping as this Home Depot for over 20 years. I cannot remember ever having a bad experience there. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The products have been average to above average.

Too often, in other stores of any kind, it is difficult to find workers to assist you or even understand what a product is or where it is located in the store. I asked for help six times in different departments from different employees, and received immediate assistance (even recommendations for a different product) by taking me right to the product. I miss Home Depot, there is not one where I live in Dubuque, Iowa.

I had tried to communicate with online customer service, which is a nightmare to deal with. Agents are unable to do venture into product knowledge of the companies products. Very frustrating and unprofessional for this industry. I walked into to the store and was afraid I would find more of the same. However Nancy, the assstand manager at the customer service desk, took my situation and wogg to led to make a solution to my product exchange issue. Thank you Nancy! I almost had lost faith in Home Depot! I hope I don’t have to get bombarded with marketing emails by providing my email address to post this review!!!!

Staff is the best. wish they had one cashier on duty all the time instead of Self checkout all the time

Cluttered, and dirty store. Not a single cashier available for check out - self service only

Purchase and installation at for LG microwave went smooth. However microwave stopped working 3 days after install. We got no where when we contacted LG. Home Depo contacted LG and set up appt for repair. Repairman came then said he had to order part and would be back on the 27th if parts came in but not sure. Would call us and let us know for sure. No call back yet We went back to home Depot asking for a replacement. That was on Friday 22nd were to call us back that afternoon. Of course that did not happen. Our sales rep at Home Depot did try to help, but has to refer back to store managers office. They are the ones that did not call as promised.
