So greatful for the brands and prices on the shelves of my local Home Depot store.

Take your business elsewhere.

Three out of four employees that I encountered were totally not qualified for their job or were absolutely rude

I began shopping at the southtown H.D. back in 2001 when I first arrived in St. Louis and took a building maintenance job at our church... as well as doing handyman work for myself. It has been the spot for me for just about everything. The location is great; the products are great--so much so that when they are out of an item, I ask them to check other locations and will go there. The managers through the years have all come to know me as I am in there literally everyday... and whenever there is a product issue, they resolve it immediately with no problems. I love my Home Depot store.

Terrible checkout process, stock isn't accurate or easy to locate. Parking lot is rough and no Apple Pay which is a bigger issue Home Depot wide.

I had an excellent shopping experience at the store, courtesy of appliance department associate, Joel. He helped me find the washer I wanted and scheduled a quick delivery for me.

I was able to get in, get my stuff and get out and rolling on home.

This Southtown store is the worst. Terrible employees and mess of a store.

I purposely drive to Brentwood even though I live down the street because of the attitude you get from the staff here. They act bothered by your presence.

Karon was on the job doing great seen me walk up to check out and immediately told me he could assist me another rep help point me in the right direction for what I was looking for very nice people would definitely come back to this location to shop.

I needed help twice with plumbing issues. Dan was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I was super grateful to find Dan both times!!

Move the electric dept like you did housewares Back corner of store sucks

Thank goodness for hiring people of all ages; especially, those who remember what it means to be courteous and who don’t roll their eyes back when they might have to go an extra step to answer a guests question

Ordered a refrigerator/freezer today. Went directly to kitchen appliance area and was greeted by a friendly salesman who helped in my decision. The lady who handled all the necessary computer info was great. I'll update my review after the item has been delivered.

HORRIBLE ORGANIZATION, DIRTY STORE & VERY RUDE & UNHELPFUL EMPLOYEES WHO ARE ON THEIR PHONE OR TALKING TO EACH OTHER WHILE IGNORING OR MAKING CUSTOMERS WAIT. (THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES). ONLY OPTION IN THE AREA, SO THAT IS THE ONLY REASON I GO, BUT NOW WILLING TO GO FURTHER FOR BETTER SERVICE.

I HAVE PRO ACCOUNT AND I SPENT THOUSAND DOLLARS AND IAM VERY HAPPY FOR PRICING MATCH AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICES.

I visit different Home Depot's to purchase items. This store was friendly and the associates were very helpful.

I bought a small tree today at Southtown HD and had the most pleasant experience with a very helpful salesperson, Maureen, and she really knows her store!

My partner and I went to go buy a Christmas tree this morning, and only realized once we got to the checkout that we had left our wallets at home and only had Apple Pay. When we found out that this Home Depot did not accept Apple Pay, we were getting ready to leave when Mona, one of the employees, PAID FOR OUR TREE! we insisted we pay her back via Venmo, but she wouldn’t let us and simply wished us a “merry Christmas” we were blown away by her generosity and kindness. It meant the world to us. Best Home Depot in stl.
