This is a great Home Depot with staff that knows what their doing. Millwork staff are excellent.

The only actually friendly people were at the counters and the registers

Store is great unless you are needing to return something and then have to deal with the rude and unhappy workers in that area. 80% of the time I get serious negative and generally mean spirited attitudes from the employees in this area. Makes me never want to return anything. Is that the goal?

This store has improved considerably over the last five years. When I first started patronizing this place the service was so bad I wished everyone working there would be fired so competent workers could be hired. Furthermore, I would travel to the Brentwood Home Depot just to get better service. I must say this store has stepped its game up perceptibly within the last 12 months or so. Great job!!

The store experience was just fine today, the only feed back was there was no help loading. I bought 6 bags of concrete, not as young as I use to be!

I love this HomeDepo it is very up-to speed and it made my day to come here and shop because I waz having a bad day and every employee I seen said how do you need anything and it made me feel Good

Always have what I need and is only 5 minutes from my house. I'm usually in and out with 15-20 minutes

Your sales staff / associates are very helpful and professional. Especially ASHLEY and YOLANDA. I appreciate their courteous and friendly attitude and attention. You COULD hire more knowledgeable people in your home decor area. Seems there is never any staff to help in this department. Prices usually tend to be incorrect or non existent. NO correct tags on merchandise. But, overall, awesome customer service!

The store had what I was looking for, and it had courteous employees, that helped, when you needed help. And they were experienced in what they had, and the best that would work for your application. I what to say thank you to the employees, that work so hard , knowing I got what I came for. And in a matter of not wasting my time.

The staff were helpful with my purchase with the different items which were available. I appreciate his efforts. The cashiers were pretty which made the process excellent. :)

The store was clean and products easy to find. I did have to get another employee to have the appliance specialist assist me.

I’ve never been impressed with the friendliness of the employees at this store, but today was my final straw and I will never be returning. After waiting almost 20 minutes for my order which was suppose to be ready when I arrived, the customer service clerk was hands down, the rudest employee I’ve ever come into contact with. Not only did he act bothered that I asked for help loading 12 boxes of hardwood flooring into my vehicle, I never even got the help! He wheeled the boxes out to the parking lot and then HE WATCHED as my husband and I loaded the boxes into our vehicle. He didn’t even offer to help us!! I wish his was an exaggeration but unfortunately it isn’t. Way to go customer service clerk James! You really go above and beyond to help. What a joke!

Friendly service and employee

Have you been to this store lately. It has definitely changed for the better. The service is outstanding and the store looked new. Even the employees looked like they were happy to work there. I was greeted as I entered and was in and out in minutes. Will be returning in the future. Thanks Home Depot

It is always easy to find the items that I was looking for. If I need an assistance, employees would be available all the time to assist. The store is usually clean. I always fine the employees friendly and helpfull

Great customer service! Very attentive.

I have shopped at this store for over 10 years. I have always found the products needed and when required, I receive assistance from the employees. I never had one not be friendly nor unwilling to assist me. The store was always clean, checkout time was reasonable and generally faster than expected. My neighborhood friends also shop at the store....with, to my knowledge no complaints about the products or service.

I FOUND THE STAFF TO BE EXCEPTIONAL AT DIRECTING ME TO THE PRODUCTS I WAS SEEKING

Employees were very helpful. Only downside was missing lids for containers I was looking at. I chose other containers instead. Good experience

additionally Jasmine made me feel like I was in a small town hardware store with her professional and pleasant attitude and caring about my paint for my project. Her skill set for paint tinting was impressive.
