The main reason I shop at this Home Depot is because your Sale Cashier Carolyn is the nicest, sweetest, and most competent employee I have ever encountered at Home Depot. Please note that I have been shopping at Home Depots east of the Mississippi River since I started in 1982 at a Home Depot in Norcross, GA.

This Home Depot is so convenient to where I live. It always have what I need to buy each time. I wish they had every product I needed available for ship to home. The variety of landscaping and hardscaping supplies are great for the avid DIY homeowner.

I shopped in the Garden area and Cindy was remarkable! She helped me design my yard from a picture I shared with her. She greeted me with a genuine smile and was very knowledgeable. I'm getting compliments from my neighbors and passerby's on my front yard dye to Cindy's expert advice! Good customer service equates to increased, consistent sales. This is my Homedepot of choice!

I went several different stores before going to Home Depot. After going to Home Depot I found what I needed.

I purchased a vent hood and the sales associate was the best. Very knowledgeable and was a great help in making my decision.

I love this Home Depot and have been a loyal customer for over 13 years. I never have a problem when I need assistance. Self check out is a breeze or you can have larger items checked out for you. Great atmosphere and always clean.

This was a 50/50 experience. Went to buy a toolbox and some bolts. The associate in tools was helpful and got what I needed. When I was looking in the bins for the bolts I needed a different associate walked up with a customer and said excuse me and proceeded to close the bin I was in and push in front of me. I guess what I was looking for wasn’t as important as what he was looking for.

We came in with a need for a freezer, we were in a bind ours had just failed and we we going on vacation in a few days. I sought out an associate and was blessed to find Daniel. He was extremely helpful even though appliances were not his department. He talked with the manage on duty and arranged for us to buy the floor model. We were ever so thankful. He saw everything through to the end, from purchase to loading and all the customer service and empathy to boot. Thank You Daniel!

I absolutely love going to the Garden Center at Home Depot. The plants are healthy and beautiful. I can find all my gardening supplies there and I love the mulch and potting soil sales.

COMPETITIVE STORE SOLD OUT ON SHELF AND CAN'T FIND BACK UP INVENTORY

I'm happing with the products that I purchased. Just not happy with the customer service at the register or the customer service counter. I was UNDERCHARGED $100. I came back to store 2 days later and paid the difference. Did not feel like anyone cared.

Today, I had to pick up something at the Customer Service Desk. Then I went back to the Garden Center and the cashier there was SO personable. I heard her interactions with other customers. Everyone interacting with her left happy and upbeat. Conversely, the younger people working at the Customer Service Desk, are bored,slow and not interested in customer satisfaction. I was the only person at their window and I had to wait to be acknowledged. Young millennials don't care about things like kindness or pleasing a customer. Some don't even make eye contact!!!! GIVE THEM A CLASS IN MANNERS AND COURTESY, BECAUSE THEIR PARENTS DID NOT TEACH THEM A THING!!!

Employees are willing to assist if needed or find someone who can assist. Variety of quality of products. Didn't give 5 stars due to parking spaces being tight and no check out registers at one of the store entrances. Customer service at one entrance and registers at lumber entrance.

Walking in to Home Depot is a great experience. It is clean, organized and the staff are very friendly.

I always shop here for my projects. I am always greeted when I enter the store. I usually can find what I need... What is a bit irritating is pallets of products blocking areas and shelves making it difficult to get to. Another biggie...the ladies room... I had too make a pit stop... Dark with only one lightbulb working since all the others were out... Not very clean. I will still shop here as i usually will find what need. You just need to do some house keeping.

Purchased the T13 Indoor Christmas Tree today and went home and put it together and it's beautiful. Gonna leave it up!

I always find what I'm looking for and it for some reason it doesn't fit...there's never a problem with returns!
