We had a couple of items to return to the store as we had selected the wrong item thru no fault of Home Depot. Returning the items was easy and not a hassle. We would recommend Home Depot as a friendly place to shop with available friendly help.

We found the appliance section easily. The friendly associate, George, who helped us, was knowledgeable, diligent (he spoke with several higher-ups to get an answer for us), and found the appliances we were looking for. He also gave us a sale price on a comparable item when the particular item we were looking for had been discontinued. We especially appreciated the fact that, if, within 30 days, we find the exact items we bought, on sale for less, Home Depot will refund us the difference. This is outstanding customer service. We will definitely be repeat customers.

I came to this store after leaving another location and not finding what I went in with that was listed in that store online. I couldn't find what I needed so I asked a store employee for help. Ian stepped in & saved the day and made sure I had everything I needed. Its great to go in a store and have employees help you and show they care.

If you order anything on-line from this store. You better take a good look at your merchandise, before leaving. The manager or associate don't care what it looks like. It can be broke, faded, or torn. They are going to give it to you anyway. At least, that's what Alex did to me. He gave me faded rocks that were already sitting out. Instead, of the newer bags of lava rocks he told had just came in off the truck.

Great store, clean store with Friendly, available employees and Product stocked on shelves. Some home improvement stores do not do those things well.

Lawn and garden have great DYI items. Flowers are always fresh and healthy

I bought a Ryobi electric mower. It failed before the warranty was up. This store replaced it. The second Ryobi failed before the warranty was up. The manager of this store gave me credit for the price of the Ryobi on a new EGO electric mower. I have never been treated with such respect and fairness in any business I have dealt with in my life.

I always go to this Store , and it just keeps getting better & better . I really love all of the Beautiful Flower's & the employees are so nice and helpful

The store is really clean. The associates go the extra mile to help you, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They stand behind their products and you can't go wrong making this your store!

The store is ok, but their policy of accepting proof of being a veteran stinks. Won't accept a valid SC drivers license with "Veteran" notation as proof of being a veteran. Sort of seems like they don't want to recognize us.

The store is well stocked, thoughtfully laid out, with very helpful staff. And since I found the Home Depot App, I can find any product I want in seconds on my phone.

this store is in need of major work. The area in which your Christmas décor was stored the roof was leaking really bad as if that was not bad enough the area was so crowed it was hard to shop for decorations
