THIS HOME DEPOT IS WELL STOCKED. IT FEATURES A HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF. I ESPECIALLY APPRECIATE THE GARDEN CENTER. PLANTS ARE HEALTH AND COMPETIVELY PRICED.

Store 1129, Home Depot store is Great.

The department supervisor is Denis Desbois we needed door and screen door replaced and locks replaced he was very helpful in helping us choose what we needed after measurements were received it was that easy and very much appreciated

Horrible customer service

I had to ask an associate for help. He went above and beyond to help me locate the item. Even tho the store didn't have what I was looking for, the man went to his computer, without me even asking, to see if he could locate the item nearby. Very helpful! The cashier in the garden shop was Very pleasant and cheerful, so both employees I dealt with were very pleasant and helpful. It made my brief experience a very nice one!

Who ever the old lady is with absolutely no customer service skills needs to be fired before I even begin to entertain the idea of shopping at home depot again

If you are shopping for paint, take the time to stop at this Home Depot. You will hopefully find a really awesome young lady named Chasta. Chasta will not only take the time to help you figure out what looks good with what, but her paint ideas are spot-on. She was so very capable with other customers while she was mixing paint and answering the telephone I was really astonished. If we could clone a million Chasta's the world would be a better place. If you are looking for great service...be sure to come over to the Westside Home Depot!

I found the products I was looking for and was able to get the assistance I needed. The store was clean and not cluttered. The associates was helpful and friendly. My visit was a pleasant one.

The store employees that I came in contact with was very friendly and helpful. The only compliant that I had was that the air conditioning was not working properly. It was very warm in the store. It would be nice to come into a cool store from the heat, that way customers would browse more and probably make more purchases.

On a Sunday evening, I needed 16 furring strips and a ball of twine. I was assisted in finding those items quickly and accurately. There was no wait at checkout so I was in and out of the store in less than 10 minutes! Both employees that I needed help from were super pleasant and efficient. I will shop here again!

customer service area needs changing. The area where the employees and only one computer and one machine to close to each other. When an application is made for a new card the information can be seen on the screen behind the person behind the customer. A checkout area for the other side of the store would speed up customers check out. And the customer comes first.

I parked my truck at the outside staging area beside pallets of mulch. When I exited my truck two Home Depot employees came to assist. I asked them if it was possible to park my truck in the desired location and they said yes. An employee assisted me loading 16 bags of red mulch in my truck. I was very thankful for that assistance!

If you find yourself in the Lawn & Garden service and are needing some help please ask for Miss Mary she is very knowledgeable I had the great experience of working with her she is such a nice person and has years of experience and we'll be able to provide you anything that you need I'm certain of it she is so knowledgeable she could probably be the CEO of the company I would like her to be my own employee that's how knowledgeable this young lady is thank you so much Miss Mary for the great experience and like I said if you're at Home Depot please ask for Miss Mary I'm very satisfied mr. Customer service is above average, but ease of shopping needs improvement. The aisles (especially in the lumber department) are often cluttered with carts of customer returns, stock merchandise, etc. It is difficult at time to access the products you need and navigate through the aisles. If your prices are the same as competitors--then at the very least your store presentation and customer service needs to be better than your competition.

The store is in a good location and have lots of supplies to complete your home projects. The prices are reasonable and the products are good quality.

I was standing in the tool area looking for someone to give me service and one of your employees was just staring at me and never asked if I needed help I had to go ask someone else of your employees to get someone to the tool area because it wasn't stopped for what I needed it was on the top shelf I waited for more than 15 minutes before I got some help I was disappointed that I had to go ask an employee for help when they saw me standing there

This store is very clean, the tim members are very friendly, I always find what I need.

Very friendly staff and large quantity of products.

move the trash can a few feet away from the door at the entrance. vent cart area- hot! make free hot water in rain barrels there to clean anything! eliminate large trash can at lumber side. there's a smaller one there. 2 is a waste. loose trash at chain fence cage at back. Eliminate Steel grate at back of the top of the hill at lumber receiving area at back. Have VP of internet marketing walk the store w/ me. I'll massively increase sales.
