I was upset by the lack of customer service offered by the cashier (Courtney) processing our purchase. She was engaged on her cell phone which was in clear view on top of the cash register. She clearly laughed at a text she received. The cashier also did not bag our water filter until we requested. After bagging our water filter she did not hand the bag to us which I found to be extremely rude. Courtney is a clear example of why I always try to use the self check lines which we closed at the time. Home Depot is a great store chain but customer service needs to be improved.

The guys in the plumbing department are great, i was scared to ask the young guy Deven questions about plumbing but he knows his stuff ,he's great, Ask!!! He takes care of me. blockage to my main sewer drain, and he told me what i needed to do and it worked saveing me money for a plumber.

I haven't shopped here in years because of the service. My experience today was exceptional. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. Great experience

In the last year or so, this store has greatly improved ! The store is cleaner, the shelves better stocked and organized, the employees are more friendly and helpful, and it is an overall more pleasant shopping experience. Good job, HD !

I had several questions trying to pick out the right power tools for me. Every time I went into the store I was helped. I ended up making a decision based off of one of the employees recommendations and it was a great decision!

I recently visited the tool rental department in this store to rent a tile saw. I was told by the attendant that the tile saws no longer came with blades and that I would have to purchase one in addition to paying the rental fee for the saw (the blades for these saws are ~ $70 - almost twice as much as the rental fee)........ I don't know WHO thought that policy was a good idea or made any kind of logical sense, but from the customer's perspective, the whole reason we want to rent a tool is that we only require its use very infrequently, thus we don't want to invest money to purchase something we may only use once......... I went to the Home Depot on FM 1960 and rented a tile saw from them which to my astonishment did indeed include a blade and all other required parts to do the job......... I would recommend that the Store Manager have a serious discussion regarding tool rental policy with the tool rental department in the Cypress store.........

The folks in the equipment rental area are very nice and helpful.

We are building our home and have ordered many products online, in addition to in-store, and the sales reps, customer service, etc., are always so helpful. The attitudes and personality of these people make it so easy and attributes to our desire to continue to shop at this store. In a society where customer service is lacking, it's an awesome thing to experience. Great job Home Depot, great job Cypress. We love this store.

We visited the store to purchase gardening soil and a pot. You have several options in the gardening department so we decided to contact one of your employees. It was getting late and we were approaching closing time at the gardening department. The employee appeared busy preparing the gardening area to close the gate to the parking lot. When I approached her she immediately stopped what she was doing, smiled and proceeded to help me with my selection. Her smile and attitude bright up our day. Ms. Fisher is a positive icon in your store. Please relate our appreciation for her service.
