Asked an associate , in plumbing for help as he walked by. He was not another customer. I again said sir can you help me? Kept walking. Sir! With the glasses. He turns in a menacing fashion and screams “ MY NAME IS MICHAEL! and charges at me. Two younger customers intervened.and he focused his rude behavior on them. Fortunately a customer near by saw it all and was a plumber and helped me find what I needed

I was shopping for a washer, dryer and fridge for my new house and went to this Home Depot. The staff at the appliance section were very friendly and helped pick one that met my needs. Thye let me borrow their measuring tape so I could make sure the fridge fir the space I have. They also let me push out delivery dates so I could still buy today to take advantage of Black friday deals! Overall a happy customer :-)

What an awesome store all together. I don’t know if management changed recently but everyone was awesome. I was lost in plumbing and usually I have to go looking for help. Not only did Kamron pre-empt my search by him offering help, but his help was knowledgeable and spot on. Then I went to pay and waited 5 secs behind full self check out registers when Ciara waved my way to her register.

would not shop here if you can, recommend driving 20 miles to Katy store over this location. Customer service is horrible and the manager will not come talk to you if you have a problem with them.. she sends her slackys to talk to you

Friendly, helpful employees that go beyond expectation

I purchase (2) Kitchen Appliances and am also a PRO XTRA member. Was not able to check out with the PRO cashier since they normally do not work that department and did not know how to checkout appliances. They also did not know how to use my Home Depot Credit Card and requested I proceed to Customer Service. Customer Service was even worse. Customer service also appeared to not be trained properly and had to get the shift manager to help. Shift manager was rude, very little help, and had this inexperience customer service rep. struggle to process my order. Manager took sweet time to get up to the customer service counter and took over 30 minutes to check out.

Good store, very organized and good product variety.

Tiffany and Brittany were so helpful, on processing a return and reorder for us. They turned a stressful situation to a pleasant visit and showed they truely care about customers, and restired my faith in human kindness.

After giving great reviews to the FM 1960 WEST HD garden center employees, I visited the Spring Cypress Rd location. All was going equally well, until the employee that approached me to accept his help loading my vehicle (a rare event for HD) turned into a "drama queen" by "huffing&puffing" while he THREW my purchased bags of dirt & mulch into the back of my vehicle and then suggested that I offer him a tip! This location's Garden Center parking lot is a nightmare, too. Limited parking available due to HD supplies taking up large amount of the parking spaces!

I brought this product December 2021. It's excellent. It like a Miracle. After using it for one night. I slept better

I purposely go to this location over the HWY 6 and 529 location. Staff is better trained and more helpful. Items tend to be in stock.

This store had more light fixtures to choose from for our project today.

It took me 50 minutes to walk out of the store for one item. Nobody wanted to help me look for what I needed—all I heard was excuses—“this isn’t my department”; “the group who serves this department is running a forklift”; “we’re short staffed today”. Meanwhile I’m looking around and see workers talking amongst one another just socializing.

Small. over crowded store compared to the other stores located only a few miles away. Always a busy location and Parking can be difficult at times. This location seems to serve the entire Cypress community as everyone appears to hang out here a lot. There are 2 other Home Depots only a few miles away, which normally carry items often out of stock at this location.

They don't check returned merchandise. They slap tape over the box and put back on floor. I bought a Ryobi sheer tool. When I opened the box, it had HANDWRITING on the owners manual and a vital piece missing. I support drug testing upon condition of employment. They are lousy here.

I was very pleased with the variety of plants available there. Since the freeze in February a lot of my plants died. Had to replace them. I will have to return soon to purchase more .....

Store is always clean, great employees, and has what we need in stock. Just got our appliances for our new home and Adela was AWESOME!

The Associates at this store are always friendly and willing to answer your questions, locate an item and load the item.

Products were find very easy.

Manager who assisted with an appliance purchase was unpleasant and uncaring about an issue I was experiencing regarding an online appliance order. I will never shop in that store again. In fact, after my experience, Lowe’s may become my store if choice.

Horrible customer service. The perception is a customer is a nuisance to them and management couldn't care less and as they say Perception is Reality. This is the WORST Home Depot I've been in. Will not be back.

The Cypress location is always clean, and the Staff are very helpful and friendly. I just recently moved to Tomball and I frequently shop there for things for my new house and I have nothing bad to say about that store. I know if I can’t find a item or have a question, you can always find a friendly staff member, who’s always willing to help.
