I have been in at least half a dozen times finishing my home in LED lighting. On two occasions I could not find what I needed. Ashraf helped me find EXACTLY what I was looking for both times and it beat Amazon pricing. Also had a wonderful experience purchasing a dishwasher here.

Always get a lot of good advice and help on getting the right stuff for my projects. Joe V. is one of the good guys to ask for and whose name I remember.

As first time home buyers we didn't know much about the paint products we needed, nor were we very good at locating them. The gentleman working in the paint department that night was incredibly helpful and never seemed bothered by assisting us find everything & helping us out. He was really great. I will be coming back here for the rest of our renovation products. Love this store.

Every single employee in this store greeted us and asked if we needed help. One gentleman in the garden center took the time to find what we needed, got items from the shelf for us and explained the price differences.

The associates were very helpful and friendly. The store was fully stocked and I was able to locate everything I needed quickly with little hassle.

The store was cluttered and messy. It took over 30 minutes to buy a lawnmower that was out on the shelf and needed a lift to get one down. The manager at the returns desk showed no concern, never apologized, and had no sense of urgency to get us help.

This store is rated high for the products they carry and the friendly and knowledge the attendants share with the customers. I don't ever remember having a bad experience there in the last 8+ years living in the area.

Caleb is a fantastic employee! He went above and beyond when I was looking for bricks. He retrieved a cart for me, loaded the entire cart, and then loaded it into my car...all with a smile on his face. He is a super star!

I already said in the other portions of the entry that I am a regular at this store and do not consider going to another brand X store, because I can always find what I need here.

bought a vanity for a property and didn't have to search for help, Had it loaded on a cart super quick, Home Depot staff answered all questions, and loaded my truck. Typically at other stores, we have to find someone to help, not at this store. Way to go Home Depot!

The store associate walked us right over to the item we were looking for, he just did not give us an aisle number and have us search, he got us right to what we needed

I found what I was looking for. the sale person was very helpful, knowledgeable and I purchased my item.

The store associate that helped me knew where everything I needed was and walked from one end of the store to the other and then back inside to help me get the items I needed.

Admittedly, I had left Home Depot for a competitor. Then I gave Home Depot another shot. Tremendous change in the Cypress store! Can-do Associates with knowledge and sales experience that made an anticipated root canal a much better experience for all. Christian and Dalton are outstanding Ambassadors, with knowledge, experience and a can-do spirit. You bet I will be back - and tell my friends about this Home Depot!

Nothing against Lowe's, but the associates at this store have really proven their selves to me. Store associates are always extremely helpful and polite. I have interacted with associates from a decent cross-section of the store and continue to have helpful and pleasant experiences. I've had one unfavorable experience at the Cypress Lowe's and this Home Depot, and the one at Lowe's was down right rude. The worker at Lowe's literally told me to get out of his way. The worker at Home Depot was very helpful, but just extremely busy with another customer, so I had to wait a long time. Home depot for the win in Cypress, but for plumbing I'd go to Lowe's.

This store is smaller than some of the other Home Depots I have visited. Everything seems congested when comparing it to the other larger Home Depot stores.

Trimmer was on sale; easy to locate in aisle per website.

Good store for shopping near home for essentials. Love the products and associates.

I walked in to the pro desk and Richie Dubetsky immediately offered his assistance. I needed to purchase laminate flooring and he took care of everything in minimal time. I couldn't have been more happier. I will be back!
