Associate was not available so had to wait a long time to do my purchase. Overall, I like shopping at Home Depot but had some issues at this store. I do plan to go back and give them another try in the near future

I went in for paint, it was easy to find and the associate was SO nice to us! He made it such an easy shopping experience. I'm very happy

So I went to the store to pick up a few extra items needed to paint a bedroom and bathroom. I decided to look at some color options (because I can't NOT look at all the pretty colors). One paint sales associate showed me the fun new "computer" that shows you how your paint choices might look in the type of room you are working on and how to use it. That added about 10 minutes to my trip (being fascinated with it). A few minutes later, when I was back on track, another associate helped me choose what kind of primer I needed and such. He was super helpful and knowledgable about everything and had me on my way in no time. As for the rest of the store, all of the employees were helpful and smiled while greeting you. It was a nice experience overall and I feel confident that my painting project is going to go well. How could it not, with such helpful advice? (Besides the fact that I'm clumsy of course).

The store is nice and clean, and everyone there is wiling to help you find the products that you need!

I went there specifically to check out fluorescent lighting options for a house I recently moved into. I love all the variety available at Home Depot and especially like how a whole aisle is dedicated to actual, powered-up & running light fixtures. Today, however, at least a half dozen of these fixtures had bulbs that were failing or ballasts that were failing or dead. Dim fluorescent bulbs with dark ends (indicating near end-of-life) were in some fixtures, and some fixtures had mixtures of cool white and warm white bulbs in them.

Jim is a super kind, patient & helpful associate! He made the experience very pleasant. This is the cleanest Home Depot I've ever visited!

Attended a drywall repair session and the knowledge and ability to teach hands on demo was great.

you have many people working stocking the shelves but one cashier. We and other customers had to wait 20 minutes to check out

There was someone ready to help me in every department. two different associates even recommended similar items to the ones i was purchasing that were on clearance! I saved money and was in and out in no time on a weekend! Great Customer Service!

When looking for corner brackets to build flower boxes with, the only one's I could find were to large and heavy for my use. Knowing that the brackets had to be some where in the store, I went to the Pro desk and asked the associate where could I find these brackets. Not only did he tell me, he got up and led me to them and then discussed with me the application I had in mind for there use. He suggested a different bracket and gave me the reason for the suggestion. Following his suggestion when I returned home, the box assembly went smooth and I was done in half the time I allotted for the work. Seeing him on my next visit, I told him what transpired and thanked him for the suggestion at which he smiled and said, "We Try Harder" then turned and went to help another person.

Spring Valley (I-10) store is cleaner & less cluttered than stores on Ella & 610 and 610 & Westpark. I find the associates here more friendly than Ella store, and sometimes even helpful. As with most other Houston locations, associates still do a lot of standing/walking around chatting with each other

Associate gave me the right isle # the first time, found the product (zip ties), and was lucky enough to find the vendor resupplying another similar product in that isle and he suggested I use the new zip ties with metal locks that would stand up to the weather and my Commercial Real Estate signs would stay up longer and minimize the chances of it falling on someones head

Able to find what i needed. Item i wanted showed two in stock online, but zero actually in stock. Clerk was busy restocking but pointed me in the right direction. Wanted a GE window air conditioner but they only have LG

I visit this location quite often at 8400 Katy Freeway, Houston, Texas and I always find clean and well organized store. The associates are friendly and smille when they greet you. I appreciate the great customer service that is the associates give each and every customer. Keep up the great job!

Store associate was prompt to help me find what I was looking for. Cashier was also nice and helpful in the self-checkout line. All store associates I came across were busy arranging and organizing shelves and smiled as we walked by. Definitely my "go-to" store!!
