I come almost every day and the customer service is very good.

The managers and staff are amazing! I went In looking for an item and everyone was so helpful! Ana took down my information since they couldn’t find the item and told me the over night staff will look for it and call me in the morning when they find it. The next day I called first thing in the morning because I had doubts that they would remember and to my surprise the manager Moden had went to another store to pick up the item so they could have it for me in the morning! I was Blown away with the amazing customer service! Everyone went above and beyond and I’ve never received this type of service at any other Home Depot. Thank you!

Had a large order and was checking out when the cashier could not find the SKU for my 1/2 and 3/4 birch plywood. Instead of looking up this simple product on a computer he had me run back to the lumber aisle and take pics of the tag. It took me 20 seconds as the lumber aisle is right next to the checkout. When I got back he had already pushed my cart to the side and was checking out another large order from the customer that was behind me. I asked him why he did that and he was rude and unapologetic about it.

Needed hardwood floors installed in bedrooms. Went to Home Depot and Kenny and John made selection, purchase and delivery easy. Any problem or question was answered promptly. The installers from ACS, were very professional and did a great job. Will is again for next project!

Nobody there wants to help. You ask for help and it’s like pulling teeth for them. So unapproachable, specially Ashby. Worst attitude and was utterly RUDE. Didn’t care to listen at all.

I like shopping in Springfield store because they keep good stock of materials for my jobs but if I have to say something should be for Annandale VA store, to go shopping to that store is a problem for me because there are very limited carts to carry wood, and this has long time that nobody solves this issue

I just needed a price on knee pads so could I get 2 pair. I wanted the cushioned ones for installing flooring, but not if the price was $45. The flag & heavy equipment operator couldn't wait and insisted I shop elsewhere. I had one of each option. Apparently women aren't valued shoppers and my time (vacation from work to install my floor) isn't as valuable as thier time. Got it! They did clarify I was welcome to remain in the aisle, just not near the items I needed to purchase. Not certain how that would help me.

HD associate, Devin, went above and beyond to make it right. I purchased a tub and rented a HD truck to transport it to my jobsite. After I left and was almost back to Springfield, my contractor notified me that the tub was damaged. Devin searched neighboring stores, found the tub in stock near my jobsite, delivered the new tub to the contractor and picked up the damaged item. I'm used to good service at HD, but no one has ever come close to Devin. I can't say enough about him! Great Job!!

We shop there regularly and usually find what we're looking for (sometimes with the help of store employees). Good products and good prices.

Bought a battery operated Milwaukee trimmer, had to wait 20 minutes for someone to finally open the cage where the batteries were locked.

This location Springfield things are much easier to locate, store is bright employees are seen actively working and or assisting customers

Lived in Springfield all my life so I’m pretty familiar with this store but lately is been going through changes especially in the tool department. But everything seem so organized than before and they have more in stock in so many tools

Ordered a chainsaw ($419.00) and extra chain ($29) and after getting home discovered that the extra chain was not only the wrong size, but that it had been used, returned, repackaged messily and sold to me. When I drove back to exchange the employee was rude, uncaring and dismissive. This person should never be put in a customer service role.

I wanted to exchange a propane tank. I brought it into the "Exchange/Return" line. When I got to the cashier, he explained the tank could not be in the store. I said it was empty and I was trying to exchange it. He said it still had to be out of the building. I picked it up to walk out and come back in when two cashiers came over to tell me the tank could not be in the store. The original gentleman told them he had just said that to me and it was an empty tank. One of the two young ladies then said, "That doesn't matter the tank can be in here, you are breaking federal law." I said, he just told me that as I had the tank in my hand. The second cashier said, "it doesn't matter, you can't have that in the building it's against the law." As I was walking out the first of the two young ladies felt it was needed to repeat to me again. That the tank could not be in the store. I turned and said, "I got it", to which she responded, "WOW, so rude". I said she was right, she was being rude. SHe said something else as I walked out. There was no need to speak to me the way she did, there was no need for her to come over in the first place as I was complying with the original gentleman who had told me the tank could not be in the store. I will not be returning to this store again and will be sure to tell anyone I know to do the same.

I went with a goal to buy paint and equipment. The staff immediately approach you and truly want to know how things are going and what they can do to help. Mind you they are impressing of how knowledgeable they are. The store was very organized and very exceptional.

Outstanding service received from Brandan and other staff members of the Springfield store. Very professional and accommodating to my needs during this major purchase of carpet for my home. Every menber of this department were extremely help and courteous...coiuldn't ask for better service.

the spring field home depot ,Va is my best store in the district and am always glad the help i get from the associate. Mary from Pro desks was exceptional yesterday and i appreciate her.
