THE SALES ASSOCIATE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND GAVE US GOOD ADVICE ABOUT STRIPPING OUR DECK, CLEANING IT, AND STAINING IT. HE SAVED US A LOT OF TIME!

You can find all you need. Clean and neat. Friendly employees.

The staff was friendly and asked me if I needed any help, so I didn't have to ask for help.

I always enter your Home Depot to pick up one item and usually find several items I've been look for or needed as well.

Paint department needs more associates. Our associate was very helpful & nice but understaffed.

This is the first time that I have visited this store, however it will be more than likely my Home Depot Store. The departments that I visited, I was pleased to find someone in the department and they knew what I was looking for.

Really, it was. I was working on an unconventional project for my part-time job. I was building with PVC pipes, which I had not done before. Steve, a relatively new associate (I found out later) was super helpful! I told him what I was doing and he not only helped me find every coupling and flange I needed but he thought "outside the box" and had a great idea to help me improve the design. It worked! His direction was spot-on, his idea was fantastic and his customer service was top-notch! THANK YOU!!!!

Clean store wiith helpful associates. I purchased what I needed but received excellant help in garden area with questions on grass seed... Dave was knowledgable and very friendly

Most of the employees are nice, but they obviously don't put any care into doing their jobs. The flooring employee was nice, but then she disappeared. I finally found her chatting with other employees at the front service desk, so I gave up and left. I came back two days later to attempt to order flooring. Another employee was at the desk that day, she had a customer. I drew attention to myself, and was told it was "feast or famine" back there; after 45 minutes of waiting I left. The paint employee was a friendly guy, but he couldn't remember anyone's order. Maybe he should write things down? No one at that counter got what they needed while I was there. He forgot everything! At least one of the self-checkout registers needs to be adjusted, or possibly just cleaned. It took at least ten tries to get each item to scan. The supervisor for self checkout was not so nice. She obviously resented my intrusion into her personal time when I needed to correct a double scanned item.

I'm working on a specific garden project and I knew I'd have to have an open mind while searching for just the right thing to stabilize some silk flowers in a huge clay pot. I wanted something water-proof, light, drillable..a trashcan lid? No. Wire? Cord? How about plexiglass?! the 1st Assoc didn't know what that was, but the next man picked right up, took over and I left with the perfect piece of plexiglass at just the right price!! What could've been a horrible experience turned out to be fun and productive! Thanks Home Depot!!
