NEW PRO PROGRAM IS A VERY NEGATIVE CHANGE FOR CONSUMER. BID ROOM, PRO PAINT, ALONG WITH THE 5 PERCENT CASH BACK CONSUMER CREDIT CARD ELIMINATION IS A VERY BAD CHANGE FOR OUR COMPANY AND FOR HOME DEPOT IN RESPECT TO CUSTOMER LOYALTY. ADD TO THAT THE WAY THE 11 PERCENT MENARDS REBATE IS HANDLED BY HAVING TO MAIL IN THE FORM, WAITING FOREVER, AND THEN NOT RECEIVING EITHER ALL OR IN PART OF THE REBATE THAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE SENT INSTEAD OF AT THE REGISTER AS IT USED TO BE IS A TOTAL HEADACHE. HAVE DEALT WITH THAT HOURS AND HOURS TO THE POINT OF BEING FED UP WITH IT. ALL THESE NEGATIVE CHANGES WILL OBVIOUSLY AFFECT FUTURE BUSINESS DEALINGS. I URGE EVERYONE TO MAKE THEIR VOICE HEARD OVER THESE NEGATIVE TO THE CONSUMER CHANGES.

I can't believe how friendly the associates are at this store. We lived in another city for 30 years that had several local stores in the metro area. While those stores had a little more inventory, the stores did not offer that personal feel of the store here in St. Joseph, MO I feel like these employees are friends and neighbors not just doing a particular job. They seem to care about my projects offering assistance and ideas for doing professional looking work. They offer insight that I sometimes don't think of, giving me more options.

I was in and out everyone worked as a team to make this happen!Look forward to working with Sandy again in the future.

The store was very clean, easy to locate the items I was shopping for, and associates were eager to help in several locations of the store.

I went to the store for pluming articles and needed to talk to the mgr about some questions I had. He was super friendly and was tolerant of my ignorance about the work I was going to do. I really appreciated this because it is a little unusual these days. When I got to check-out, the clerk asked me if I had a Home Depot charge card and I said "no". She then said would I like to have one and could take $25.00 off my purchases. She explained this a little more and I said "sure would". She was extremely nice and courteous. I couldn't figure this out because my purchase wasn't mujch more than the $25.00. While talking to her I spotted some close-out mums for 1.99 and bought (5) of them while I was at it. All in all, it was just a super shopping trip and that meant a lot to me. Dick Jordan

The associates are cheerful and helpful, and make this the best Home Depot I've seen. We've been going to this store for years and prefer it.

The associate in doors and windows helped me select the right windows for our rental home then carefully assisted in the order for the 14 windows and three doors. He then figured out how to save me the most money on the purchase. I then took the order to Menards for comparison shopping on the identical windows. They said spent 20 minutes entering the window data then concluded Menards could not compete with HD on the windows. They could compete on the doors. I then double checked the window dimensions making corrections and returned to HD using the same associate who joyfully made the corrections. After complete, we reviewed the information and the order was made. I saved a bunch of money due to the associates extra effort at seeking ways for me to minimize my expense.

Good location and friendly people. AND THE STORE WAS CLEAN.

Items that should be together were on 2 different aisles. If it weren't for a sales associate I would have never found the 2 items I needed. Thanks for being such great help. Shame on whomever set up the electrical department, probably some desk jockey, who doesn't understand where things that go together should be.

We visited this store to find appliances. We were greeted immediately and the assistance we received was excellent. I am not used to this kind of service from Lowes, where typically I am on my own. Joe and Joseph( the associates that helped us) went out of their way to make certain we understood the products, features of each and the functionality. Sorry to say that Lowes has lost my business

I always visit Home Depot before the other stores in my area. Sure, the other stores have larger stocks, but many times I find that HD has the best available for the competitive price despite the lack of store space that others may have. There are some associates that have been there a long time and are very helpful. A couple seem a little less knowledgeable, but are always nice and willing to help or point you to someone who can.

Several associates in the store were very helpful attempting to find one product I was looking to buy. I think Home Depot no longer carries it. I checked at other stores in the area as well including a garden supply store and they don't either.

Rude, disinterested employees. Second time I've experienced subpar service at this store.

Recent trip to Home Depot for paint and supplies. Associate was extremely helpful and courteous. I am painting my house red and the associated helped me figure out what I needed. Purchased Behr paint and it has excellent coverage, only needed one coat. I am completely satisfied with my experience.

Great service & willing to help me find exactly what I wanted!

During my visit to the Home Depot store (which is very clean neat and easy to shop in) I had 3 different areas that I needed supplies from and received an abundance of FRIENDLY help from each one of them, found everything that I needed. I was also greeted on my way to the checkout, asked if I found everything that I needed. Checkout was fast and I was on my way. ALWAYS A GREAT STORE TO SHOP IN...

Great prices for vanities! Store bathroom was also very clean.

Tracey did an excellent job of helping me check out and in getting the best overall cost for the purchase I was making. Another associate was not only helpful and taking me to the location of the item I was wanting to purchase but also secured a flat bed cart to use and helped load the items I was purchasing. My shopping experience was good because I saved some money and had good and timely assistance with my purchase.

I had a great shopping experience. Jennifer was with me during my whole visit. I would recommend everyone to look for her when you visit the St. Joe, MO store. She's very nice and is full of information.

There was help in every area I was shopping. They were knowledgable and very friendly. Someone even went & got me a shopping cart. Check out was a breeze & even walked me to the car & loaded my purchases in the car. It was so nice not to have to hunt for a sales person & a bonus to have everyone be so kind & happy too.

Looking for items to make a wort chiller for home brewing. Was able to find all parts quick and easy for about half the price.

Products are displayed to make things easy to find. Clean store & very helpful employees. Gregg even carted my purchases to our vehicle & loaded the heavy items for us.
