Always clean, easy to get down isles, helpful employees

Channelle was the employee who helped me and she was by far the best employee I have ever came in contact with! She greeted me with a smile and was very knowledgeable on the location of all the items I needed. She helped me to the very end until checkout. What an awesome experience!

This product was not stored properly so it was set up already. I had to buy 6 buckets instead of 3 due to this. 1/2 the bucket of material is no good.

I was easily able to find an employee to answer questions or find an item. The best of all was that they knew where the items were without having to look up on HD app. Checkout lady was nice and not pushy or hovering.

Bought a new lawn mower and an employee named Daryl made my purchase extremely easy and provided me with tons of insight on which mower to purchase.

I recently visited the store purchasing items for a painting project. Although I didn’t receive a proper greeting upon entering, I was greeted by employees working different departments (Charles in painting, Monty in appliances). They asked if they could help me find anything and followed up by telling me to let them know if I had any questions. They were very friendly and visible. The store is very clean and well organized.

Flooring staff is rude and unhelpful. I called this location, a couple days before coming in, to see if they carried the items I needed. When I asked about the price of window blinds, of a specific size, the worker refused to provide this information and instructed me to use the website. The website and app have performed poorly after the last few app updates. I had to call back and request a manager before I could get my question answered. I manage multiple properties and will be taking my business elsewhere because of this nonsense

It was finally nice to be greeted and assisted by an employee while in the store. Usually the employees are to busy talking to each other, not wanting or willing to help. Jill, the Asst Mgr was very helpful and not pushy or condescending. Jill and her work ethic and customer service is the reason i would visit the store again. Thank you Jill.
