It is always a pleasure to go to this Home Depot. 99% of the associates I have encountered there are super helpful and knowledgeable. It surely makes selection easier.

The traffic to and from that plaza is a nightmare but the arrangement, cleanliness and helpfulness is worth it.

Associate cut wood for me but did not give me ticket. At register, associate did not answer page so I was moved to the side. Two supervisors standing there named Joe and Frank did nothing to assist me. Therefore, I went back to the area and took picture of the items information and brought it back to the register. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, Frank's response was "um-mm".

Went in to store knowing exactly what I was purchasing. When I got to the front register, I scanned my item and then the coupon from Home Depot I had received. The coupon did not work. Yessenia, the cashier, was very friendly and helpful assuring me assistance would be right over. Immediately, the front end supervisor, Marisa came over to help. As it turned out, my coupon was only valid if I had printed it and brought it with me (nowhere did it indicate this on the coupon). Marisa went and got Ryan, the assistant store manager. Ryan professionally apologized and explained the terms of my coupon. As he and I spoke regarding this coupon misleading situation he remained friendly and professional. It ended with him doing the right thing for the company and customer; he honored my coupon offering an apology and explanation. A great team of individuals made what could have been a lost customer for life, a happy customer for life. This location is nowhere near my home, but near my job. I will be sure to make my lists and take them to work with me so I can use this store for my future purchases.

Tina was extremely helpful today. I had gone to teh store earlier and while trying to leave i was unable to disarm the car alarm. I went back into the store and Tina was brought in to help me out. She found teh tool to open the keyless alarm, she found teh battery and she replace it. Everything worked! Thank you tina for all your help. Good job

store associate….very friendly but evidently new….didnt have much knowledge about hardware but gave me an opportunity to give him a bit of training… It all worked out well…..

We're doing the renovations ourselved so there have been so many visits to Home Depot; we've bought and returned EVERYTHING! Each visit to all HDs have been very helpful and very pleasant. Thanks HD for guiding us and putting up with us!

I have been building projects all over the country for the last 8 years and am in and out of Home Depot stores all of the time. The people who work at this store are the best team of associates I have every encountered. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Store was good - just wish the watering wasn't going on while the store was open because it made shopping for plants difficult.

The Garden Dept had a varied selection of plants especially kinds I was looking to add to my ;landscape. I liked I was able to get in and out without any fuss and the inside store portion was well lit and clean...and fully Air Conditioned
