I had a problem with a Ryobi promotional. After speaking to a store employee, then a supervisor, I was refered to the store manager, Mike Zoulas. He understood the problem, apologized and set about resolving the problem. The previous employees indicated that the issue was for management to resolve. Should a supervisor is unable to assist you to your satisfaction, ask for Mike Zoulas.

Tried for over 3 months to set up an account and prove my military status to receive discount. After trying many times to get help with no solutions I met KristinaM and she not only helped she set it up for me and showed me how to use it. So grateful she was patient and understanding. Best customer service from Home Depot girl ever!

Give this lady a raise. She is absolutely great.

Good Store. Easy to find what you looking for

Judith is a great Home Depot employee. She got on the man lift to get the last light fixture and then gave me some good advice on selecting light bulbs.

I was help by this very nice employee (Dom) not only to find the item needed but since I did not got a cart, he Gelo me all the way to my car to carry my somehow heavy item, thank you Dom

I have a handyman business, Home Depot has been a big help to grow my business especially the Stanford Ranch location. I’m in there sometimes 2-3 times a day. They have been very helpful with everything from matching paint, cutting mini blinds, plumbing advice to customer service returns taking back my purchase mistakes . Great Store Great people Great service !

On my way to check out, Tonya saw me struggling to get down the aisle. She asked if I was moving because I had 70+ medium sized boxes. I explained to her it was for Safe Haven, a domestic violence program and that I would be turning these boxes into presents for the moms and kids for Christmas. She then said, "Come with me, I will check you out!" Tonya made it so easy. She rang me up in customer service & THEN helped me play real life Tetris getting all the boxes and foldout tables into my car.

I recently came to the store for a countertop quote. I called in advance and Jackline was gracious enough to wait for me to arrive. I went to the wrong store by accident, and she was quick to call to help me schedule an alternative time. The process was easy. They had the caesarstone product I was seeking at a great price. Highly recommend seeing Jackline for your kitchen design needs.

The employees are professional and their overall customer service skills make the experience good enough to write this review. Especially Crystal. Her manager was also very sweet and whatever training he and his managerial colleagues give the subordinate staff, combined with the desire of staff to come ready to work hard, has proven to be effective. My experience makes me want to return. To bad I'm from out of town, because they would've gained a loyal customer otherwise! But everytime I'm in town and need something Home Depot supplies, you'll find me heading straight to #6688 Roseville, and bringing my friends and family, too! 5/5 for Crystal and for the rest of #6688.

Jason in the lumber department went above and beyond to help me locate the wood I needed and then was willing to cut it to the lengths I needed even when I told him I needed 100! He did it in less than 25 minutes! Amazing job. I am very grateful.

I experienced excellent customer service at this location from Dennis and K.C.. Patience and willingness to assist was unmatched. Thank you VERY much for your help. Customer service is not a thing of the past at this Home Depot.

We met with Jackline Gad, Design Consultant, and I'm so glad that we did. Our kitchen, and both bathrooms need updating, we started with our kitchen. We had a previous quote of nearly $10K for the countertops, new sink/faucet install, which was over our budget. Jackline was able to use the measurements and photos I took, and showed us choices that fit our budget and are not a compromise at all, in fact, they are about the same quality and we are saving $3K what a relief! The process is so easy, and it's nice to have someone who is so experienced and talented to take care of the project coordination, too!

We happened to be in Rocklin for another errand and decided to look at this Home Depot for a Bosch dishwasher we wanted. They had three different Bosch models (more than our own local Home Depot) and it was very helpful to compare them. The employees here were super helpful (thank you Fred and Tonya!) and we were able to get our questions answered and complete our purchase. We're also thrilled with the delivery and installation options -- we'll have our dishwasher installed within a week!

The store always has what I need and I had an issue with a recent online order where a third party really dropped the ball. The crew at the Service Desk (T, A and L) was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. In a world where the customer doesn't seem to come first very often, I am happy to do as much business with this store as I can.

I was having a little trouble remembering the batteries that I needed and Michael in hardware was very helpful in looking them up for me. Awesome service.

Our recent relocation to Roseville needed many frequent trips for merchandise and services, all of which have been successful. Our patio furniture was delivered and the appliances were installed successfully. Thank you for a job well done.

Aisha the employee at home depot is a little tightly wound up. Doesn't like to be asked questions. Wants to brush you off. Isn't very nice, body language and tone is unprofessional. She through us off our goals. We recently had a major job done and were hoping to use home depot for our second project. I don't know now. Will have to rethink. Hopefully if I go back I won't have to deal with her. Anybody but her.
