I went into the store looking for a weed wacker and lawn mower. I found everything i needed and have used both products and am happy with the results.

The one thing I can count on from this location is they will be out of what I'm shopping for!

Cindy is incredible!! You guys need more associates like her, her attitude is amazing, great people skills, I can honestly say that she made my night I left the building with a smile on my face after a not so great day, THANKS CYNDI!!

i was looking for a certain kind of shape of a stone to build for my garden, i showed a employee a picture of what i wanted to build , i was informed that item was discontinued , she told another employee what i wanted to do, he told me what i could replace it with and took me directly to it and explained on how to do it very pleased

Paulie, Robert and Justin in the tool rental section helped me out tremendously!! They are great employees with a passion for what they do. I wouldn't have been able to put in a dog door if it wasn't for their guidance and expertise! Thank you all!

The paint desk associate, check out clerk and person who helped me load my car were all very helpful and courteous. Otherwise, it was more difficult than usual to find assistance, though I recognize this is a very busy time of year.

This store is a very busy store that flows very well. Associates are very friendly and knowledgeable about getting me in the right direction for those hard to find items.

Store is hard to find! I had to use cellphone. I first called the Home Depot near my house and asked if they carried dehumidifiers. No. No mention of tool rental available at all other Home Depots in my area. I asked whom she might suggest I try and she said Sears. It was the Sears associate who told me no dehumidifiers, but that Home Depot rented large fans. When I got to the Stapleton store, Robert was just great in understanding what my problem was and how to solve it. He told me I did not want a regular fan, but a carpet fan to dry the floor. This is unbelievable, but he and Justin actually came to my home (very close and i have bad arthritis) to carry in and set up the 2 carpet fans I rented. I could not have carried them to the basement. Robert also gave me useful info about how long it would take to get water out of the concrete floor, which was not sealed. They often have dehumidifiers, too, but they were out. I ordered one online. Great service!

i order a tuff shed threw home depot a few weeks ago. i have been given a run around.from tuff shed.decided to cancel the order and buy 2 rubber maid sheds found in the garden area. The contractor desk, garden and office associates where very help full and made are day a home depot awsome.

Robert and Richard in paint were extremely friendly & knowledgable. Usually have a good experience with the paint associates.

Melony is the perfect customer service rep. She went about and beyond my expectations.

Dee Hartman was a fun person, we had a great time. She's a very knowledgeable person and quite friendly.

In case my previous comment doesn't show up, thanks Tari for all your help in the Garden Dept. You are obviously knowledgable in your department and you were a tremendous help with all my many questions. I live closer to Lowes, but would prefer to travel to Home Depot because I have always been treated well. Tari has helped me on multiple occasions and explained things simply and thoroughly so that I understood what to do once I got home. I wish all your employees had her helpful attitude and professional demeanor. She has always stopped whatever she was doing to answer my questions and she's never treated me like my questions were stupid (and some were probably pretty silly to her!),

This review is specific to Richard in the Paint Department. He is far and away the best Home Depot associate with whom I've ever dealt. I'd literally purchased dozens of samples for our exterior and several interior rooms. During my most recent visit, Richard asked if he could assist me as I mulled over several swatches. From there his service was outstanding. As I'd found several colors I liked on the wall, but none were exactly what I was looking for, he explained that he could laser three swatches and develop a formula combining the three colors. From there, he cut the formula by varying degrees. I was convinced that one of the three samples he "developed" would be perfect. In fact, the one he believed to be closest to what I was looking was actually the perfect color on the wall. RIchard epitomizes what customer service is all about. Home Depot should recognize him and use him as an example for their other employees.

Clone Dora! I spent 12 years in warehouse management for another " Depot" company. Dora "gets it". "It".....is practicing the Golden Rule. Bottom Line!

Ronald did an order for me and did a great job. But 2 days later when the order should of been ready to pick up. It wasn't and nobody helped. Associate Rigo had very bad customer skills. I wouldn't recommend anyone asking him for help.

Waited forever for them to find my items and load them; what should have taken 10 minutes took nearly an hour. Hire some people and train them! I'll give Lowe's a try next time I need something.
