I went into this store to purchase just two boxes for moving. I went to the cashier Elijah, paid for the boxes, and walked out. Then two security guards chased after me asking to see my receipt. I showed them and wanted to know why they accosted me, they advised that the cashier said I didn’t pay for the boxes. Very poor service. Will not be shopping here again.

Big change from one month ago, everyone I stopped was knowledgeable and very very nice, it was a pleasure shopping there, seems like management finally got it right.

Excellent Product and quality service

The homedepot in gateway mall is a great place to get your household products. It has variety of products you can choose from for your home. I really like shopping there to get what I need.

The help in this store suck, can never get anyone to help, they all respond ,(it's not my department, the people at the registered are very nice, but not the help on the floor.

Not a single employee came to help my husband and me, even though it was clear my husband had a prosthetic and crutches. We were in the store for about 30 minutes and every employee said it was not their area of service. A kind vendor who was in the next aisle heard the announcements, saw us waiting, and came to help us select an emergency toilet. He worked with our plumber over the phone to determine the correct product, then retrieved a cart and carefully removed the very heavy toilet from the shelf. He spent over 1 hour helping us. Then, he thanked my husband for his service and would not give me his name or take a tip. An employee at checkout did help us put it into the car.

I was helped to find products I needed and when I approached payout self service machine an employee helped me to locate my card with my proper id and info. He stayed with me until purchase was concluded. Great Customer Service! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.

I walked around and no one asked me if I needed help I found what I was looking for but all the person did was saying yup your in the right location after I found the location. I wound up buying an item that was open due to all the broken and open items still on shelves

I went looking for a plumbing item and needed assistance. The staff in the plumbing department told me to look around. Why did I ask him for help?

Great attitude towards customers, knowledgeable, good disposition to help! Which is great.

Items are always low or out of stock.

On this particular visit, the store was noticeably cleaner and much better organized than I am used to. I shop here quite often and I must say they have stepped up their housekeeping game for sure.

After jumping through hoops in order to purchase a couple of items, I still ended up walking out without the main two items that I went to purchase.

Staff was patient and helpful with my return. The store is well stocked and organized. Parking is convenient and staff was friendly at checkout

Bernard who helped me checkout, definitely did not practice GET. I thought cashiers and customer service reps had the duty of greeting customers and engaging but apparently not. As I was checking out my items and I informed him that I had a tax ID which I use for MY business. He explained to me that this was a “one time courtesy” of him allowing me to use my actual TAX ID digits. Instead he stated at his home depot that customers have their barcodes. Well, I would like to state that home depot associates and management are expected treat customers with respect who actually take the time out to apply for tax ID numbers for their own business use! There is no policy is writing stating that customers need barcodes! And if it is in writing put it so customers can see at all home depots.

I like shopping here for needs. Usually find and get what I need here without disappointment.

Not one employee that walk pass me ask a question or offered any help.

Associate had the nerve to imply I couldn't pay for my items. What a birdbrain. Watch your mouth

i like the convenience of shopping at this location. It's about a 10 minute drive from my house and have a lot of stocked items at a very decent price range. Also can get house keys made at this location as well

Jacky spent 5 hours the first day and 6 hours the second day with helping me with my appliance purchases!! Amazing

The products that I purchased from the store always work well with what we are either fixing or building. Thank you.
