After 20 years I will no longer use Home Depot for shaping

It usually has everything that you need in this store in terms of Home Products.

The store was clean items i needed were easy to find. the checkout was nice and smooth. Was in and out and that was on a Saturday!

The floor associates are pleasant and helpful...however, the young females at check out are rude and unprofessional.

They have everything and their policy on returns are amazing! Lost your receipt dont worry they will take it back anyway! How awesome is that? Good luck guys!

I shop at approximately 6 different Home Depot’s depending on where I’m working, this one is the worst. The parking lot is chaos. Many employees are generally disinterested in helping, lack technical knowledge of material and merchandise, and are distracted by their personal phones. Refused to redeem my coupon even though it was valid. Misunderstood the details of the coupon and really don’t care or understand about customer service. Every once in a while I am pleasantly surprised by an employee but not very often. There are much better Home Depot’s, especially when I shop outside the city limits. Shopping in some of the Home Depot’s in upstate NY is a completely different experience.

The Manager was extremely courteous to me and other customers. \ He is a professional and a asset to Home Depot

Your experience at the Homedepot stores as employee and customer is assumed not known of credits yet the timing I've received such information may have been late will try for next experience to be more functional with perfection, thanks for your responses on such matters

Excellent place to shop for goods being out the borough or states also it is recommended in the tri state area although it may be overlooked. I've shopped here in the past and would like you to make worth shopping here in the future thanks for the help in gatway center,beltparkway and other locations keep up the great work of your accomplishments. Rude staff.

Starret City Home Depot is a good store. My only consistent area of concern is checkout area traffic. Cashiers are friendly and hard working but no one is directing flow of customers. Main isle is blocked during high volume checkout time.hard to navigate. Pro Checkout registers should be open at all times for large item checkout so people can navigate. Once this is resolved I could possibly give store a 5 star rating. (Are you listening Shondell?) By the way lumber associate Hercules did a great job my husbands last visit.

Received exceptional customer care from Dexter associate working in hardware department. He graciously continued to help me in plumbing section.

Busy but cashiers are friendly and make you feel welcome and they store match with other stores

Employee in charge of cutting and threading steel pipe was rude and incompetent. As per the first employee's instructions, I purchased pipe first, then came to have it cut to 70 and 3/8 inches. The next employee acted like this was the worst thing in the world--- berating me for having bought the pipe first(?!). I persisted till he agreed to cut and thread the pipe (all the while just angrily complaining). When I got home, I measured the pipe and it was 69 inches... about an inch and a half shorter than I told him. If he was rude and cut it correctly, I probably wouldn't complain. If he was courteous and cut it incorrectly I probably wouldn't complain. But for him to be so rude AND mess up, it's just farcical.

Natasha, Louis from Lumber/Building and cashier Jada went above and beyond to make sure I had all the materials that was needed for my project. Great job guys
