I was very happy with my experience at Home Depot, however, the associate in the paint section was not so friendly. All the other associates were great!

Product was fairly easy to locate sales associate was helpfulet

I wanted to purchase a sliding compound miter saw that was on sale. I needed help with some questions . Two associates, Gabe and Abel were so helpful it's still hard to believe. They did everything I could possibly ask for. These two gentleman should be commended for their willingness to assist me. Thank you so much. People like these are few and far in between. I will definitely use only The Home Depot for any future purchases.

I didn't really need assistance but the associates I saw were pleasant and greeted me,,asked if I needed help...easy to park and not my usual store as I live in Brooklyn but was in that are for the Christmas Street Store...so it was convenient for me

The associate who helped me taught me things I did not know and helped me select the right product for my situation.

I was very happy shopping in the store. If I had a mistake with what I bought and needed to return it, I had no problem. Home Depot is a great store to go and get the things that you need. They always have what I need.

Just wanted to recognize a great associate in the paint dept.I shopped early Saturday morning your associate ,a young lady was alone in the paint dept.she gave all of the customers (about 5. ) her at tension .She politely told each customer she would help them as soon as she could as she was alone.All that while not once getting annoyed . Sorry I didn't get her name.Great Job!

Although I was a little surprised to find that mailboxes were part of the hardware section, I was happy that I was able to get a security mailbox at a very reasonable price. All the associates I dealt with, including the cashier, were very friendly, courteous, and went out of their way to assist me. i liked being able to get what I needed and leave the store as quickly as possible.

I managed to load 5 bags of mulch onto the cart but needed help in loading it into my car. While I was checking out, I asked the cashier if there was someone that could help me. She said if no one answered her call, she would do it herself. Someone came along and cheerfully loaded everything in my car - and even refused a tip. That made things so much easier for me. It was a pleasure to shop there.

This store is always clean, well stocked, for all our needs as homeowners. The selection, quality & pricing is GREAT. There is always multiple associates on hand to help you find an item or teach you a technique. Many are plumbers, craftsmen, builders, contractors, etc and have the expertise to advise you how to do it and what you need. Every item is returnable if not satisfied. Customer satisfaction is a PRIORTY at Home Depot. I like to shop where my $$ go the farthest and my business is appreciated.

Homedepot has everything you need for home improvement. Going else where just hinders you from making decisions. Love the store

As soon as I walked in an associate asked if I needed assistance. Rather than point me in the direction of the product I was searching for, he walked me to them personally, even though he was doing 4 other things. He never made a face, he did it gladly.
