I enjoy shopping at this location because there are always enough associates around to direct me to the product I'm looking for. Also, the associates help in answering any questions relative to the product and other choices that might be better,

Chris, the manager of the store is always on point with keeping this location clean, safe and well organized. The staff here is exceptional, always ready to help with all your needs and creates a great shopping experience. Special thanks to Gabriela, Richard, Deanna, Mina, Naomi, Maria and Cynthia, all staff have always been very helpful for as long as I can remember. Although, there is one member of the team, “Margaret” at the cash registers who doesn't belong here. Margaret is rude to costumers, unhealpful and obnoxious, I believe she should work outside in the garden area to get some fresh air and away from the main floor.

This location needs more cash paying lanes for self checkout. Not everyone uses debit / credit cards

the cashier Carol was very friendly and very knowledgable regarding what i was about to purchase and offered an alternative product which worked out better

25 minutes waiting in the frigid temperatures for assistance with replacement propane tanks that sit outside in the back of the store where there is no customer support of any kind. Forced to walk back into the store through the back door only to be told that I cannot exit back to my car through said door and told to walk around the entirety of the store outside to return to my own vehicle. NEVER AGAIN!

Nice place to shop and spend time and money

I always get what I need at this store. Lots of holiday items to choose from. Huge assortment of halloween and christmas decorations, lots of spring/summer gardening needs. I am never disappointed when I shop here and the employees are always pleasant.

Wow, I wish all Home Depot’s had staff like this, even when I checked out, my cashier Davida was super friendly

The Cashier Gabriella was extremely helpful at the Staten Island, Veterans Rd location.

This store is always clean and neat. Employees are all friendly and helpful. Davida checked me out. She was very friendly and helpful. She asked me is I wanted to sign up for The Home Depot credit card and save $25.00 so of course I did. We chatted a bit while she got me signed up for the credit card. Davida is great with customers.

Employees don't that that extra effort to help find the product that you need.

MIKE from electric! Went above and beyond to help me as I walked in before closing he knew exactly what I needed and were, it’s so hard to find good workers now a days, but these 1% who truly care what they do shows !!!! Thanks MIKE!!!

All stocked completely ,found what I needed with help of saleperson , Very clean and well run store

He was the only person to go out of his way to ask if I needed help, did measurements and showed me exactly where the item was located. He made sure I got the right one and made sure the rod wasn’t bent.

Picked some lawn seed and stuff to get my lawn started

I was appalled at the treated Lorraine, the cashier gave to a senior citizen who forgot his pin on his debt card on line in front of me. .. he card was denied over wrong pin and she yells out .. sorry card denied, we will be here a long time with this one and them tells him this is what you get for having 30 cards, learn to use cash !! .. HOW DARE her speak to a senior citizen this was and advise others his card was denied
