Service was very good

I had to make a return and the woman who gave me the store card ignored me the entire time I asked her questions about a product. She did give me a store card and completely ignored me otherwise.

worst customer service ever purchased a water heater 2018 have a warranty and its a joke since October 25 trying to get this issue resolved no one wanted to help me having the receipts the warranty the first installers home depot sent did the job incorrectly worst experience ever and worst customer service ever an there warranty are a joke been a month an still dealing with this situation the only employee that did a little to help was an employee called Brent but the other supervisors VERY UNPROFESIONAL worst experienced ever

i bought some paint for the flooring, turn out good

Al, that has been there a hundred years in appliace area knows everything about anything. Fasteners, caulking, etc. Bought sone kitchen cabinets and he went out of his was to help me. Hope that is his name. Two young, I mean young kids surprised me by helping me find sone paint.

So today one of the work was being very rude to a person who work there to. It was sad that this happened. Don't think I'm coming back again

Accidents happen and issues arise. It's understandable. It's the management team here that set them apart. Thank you for the great customer service.

The Steelyard HD is a busy store. As they say, location, location, location, which is good People shop here frequently and things go fast. So shop early as possible.

i came in the store to find things to fix my screen not only did they help me find what i needed to DIY but they also fixed it for me and now i know what to do and where to find these items in the store.

This is an inexpensive product that I have used in the past to fill in minor gaps in mortar on the side of my house. Works well and is inexpensive.

I went her for mulch. Was told by an associate that they didn't load the mulch into vehicle like they do at other Home Depot's. This didn't sound right so I asked the young lady at the register in the garden area. She told me yes they would load it so I proceeded to make the purchase. I was told to bring my car to the area in front of the garden section. I waited 15-20 mins and decided to come back in to see what was going on. The young lady was no longer at the register. So I asked the guy at the register was the young lady still there. I was told that she was on a lunch break. So I said so she just left me sitting there with no one knowing i was waiting? To which I was told that she had a right to a lunch break. Everyone has the right to a lunch break its just the manner in which this was done. It was as if she knew that they weren't loading my vehicle and chose to leave. So i asked for my money back and was told that I had to go way over to the other side of the store to customer service. I then asked a for a manager the associate called for a manager (it least he acted like he did) and one never came. So I went over to customer service. When I got in line i say associates calling for managers and guess what the managers came. So I get the register start to explain what occurred and was told that i should have asked an associate about loading vehicle before I made the purchase. To which I replied that is exactly what I did. I had horror stories about this location and now I see and I won't be back. The Home Depot where I live has a drive through section where they will load home and garden items like mulch, dirt etc into your vehicle. The peole near this location deserve better!!!

I am pleased with the refrigerator I bought from Home Depot. I am pleased with the salesperson Al. The home delivery was outstanding as they had to deal with snow and ice.

I bought a sizable special order that was out of stock. Samantha and the other cashier at the pro desk found it at multiple stores and have it delivered next week. They also trusted me on my status as a veteran when I left my veteran ID and commercial charge card in my car. They got the managers authorization while I went to my car to get my veteran ID. They were both happy to help and got the job done quickly. Can’t thank them enough

Ever since this location has been open, it's had the best customer service of any home improvement store and any Home Depot that I've shopped. And that says a lot for this location as well, since Steelyard is the worst location for every other tenant located here. Absolutely, no customer service at the other retail, grocery and food establishments down here.

The store is much more organized now and employees seem to have knowledge of the products in the store.

This store blows away the Cleveland Heights store. After the horrible service at Cleveland Heights, this is my go to store now

I personally know the Steelyard gets a bad rap and has a bad reputation! I have never felt safer nor have ever had any problems in Home Depot nor any other store located within the Steelyard! I have allways had very knowledge and curiosity help when needed! To all your staff and management at your store, the Steelyard, "KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

An employee named Mark with the man bun and a tie so professional and knowledgeable helped me make my home project a reality and much easier. Thank you Mark. Everything worked out just the way you said it would.

I appreciate the store and for them opening it the area. The location does a volume of business im sure. Its in the steelyard, so you get a "great Mix" of people. The pros are fine. It always seems understaffed and messy. I know more then a few people that avoid this home depot. The staff can and management can also be iffy and stand-offish. I have been at the site and asked to speak with a store manager and have been told there too busy to "Deal with me". I get someone who is not a store manager Who wants to "Help" I've Been screamed at by Workers, Or cant get Simple Assistance. I have written multiple complaints. They either get removed as Home depot wont post negative reviews. I Also screenshot and post them elsewhere. I understand the challenges of keeping a qualified workforce within a budgetary boundary. Ignoring or hiding the bad reviews Does not solve the problem in the long run.

Make sure you check the expiration date on what you're buying, found out to late that what I bought was over 6 months out of date. Be ready for a return trip.
