I like coming here I always buy my cleaning and gardening thing from here.

The employees are very unprofessional and rude.

Great store and very helpful associates! I can really get in trouble here because I'm always spotting something new in the store.

I shop at Home Depot regularly and they always have what I need and give good service and fair prices.I catch a lot on sale most times.

It the Steel Yard what do you expect? Looks like a garage sale.

This was my first visit to Steelyard. I am please to report that all the employees I encountered were friendly. I was greeted at the door and thanked for my visit after checking out.

the employees go out of their way to assist you. We ordered a range and it arrived defective. the managers (Renee & Roger) and (Susan) appliance sales person helped expedite the return process and selection of a replacement product. everyone was kind, knowledgeable and had great follow through! this is what customer service is!

The people that work here are extremely friendly. Very helpful also. They do not mind answering questions willing to help you find what you need. They also will approach you to see if they can help you in any way. They all great you with a smile and are willing to help you in anyway.

A special shout out to Robert in Customer Service - helped me with a crazy online order and went above and beyond to help me get what i needed, at the best price they had.

Great staff to be so close to downtown Cleveland

By not being in the contracting business I frequently buy appliances and home essentials from Home Depot. As such, I do require perhaps more answers than others. However the Associate did not move from the spot she was standing. Subsequently as I was exiting the parking lot i noticed the employee going to her car. I believe that is the reason she didn't want to assist me, being that she was about to be off. I am a nurse who go above and beyond for my Clients and Families, I just believe I should get the same type of customer service in return, when I'm a consumer.

Great place to shop in Cleveland and convenient to all the major Highways.

The best thing about the Home Depot in the Steelyard are the people who work there. They are always available to answer questions, they are always friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. Every time I go to the store the workers are consistently friendly, available and helpful. I really can't say enough about this store. I am so grateful that we have the Steelyard Commons here in Cleveland (we never had a shopping mall area before) and that there is Home Depot there. The products they carry meet my needs and they have plenty of products on the shelves.

My wife and I enjoyed shopping at this store for an exterior painting project. The staff were friendly, and it was obvious that they cooperated with each other well. We, the customers, could see their enthusiasm.

This is my favorite location first cause is the closes to me I already know some of the people that work there very nice people very helpful. When I enter the store they know what I want is funny but is true I spend a lot of time there have a big project don't have anything bad to say about it yet

the store was relatively clean, was able tp purchase what I needed. the employees that I came into contact with, did not show any appreciation of my business.
