Everything on the shelf looked the same to me, and I could decide. Willy spent the time with me, finding out what I was looking for. He ended up special ordering the flooring I got and we LOVE IT!

Went to go buy a shed kit yesterday and Mike from garden was horrible to work with. Extremely rude and condescending. Ended up returning the shed before we even left the store because they refused to load it.

I am very pleased with the service I received from all of your employees I was in touched with that day. Kudos to all.

I showed up at 6:30 on a Saturday night to pick up an order of lumber I had placed online. I didn't realize that the lumber yard closed at 6 because online it said the store was open until 8. I explained to the customer service rep that I drove quite a ways to get here so he called his manager and they unlocked the lumber yard and brought my lumber out with a fork lift and loaded it on my trailer. This saved me an 80 mile round trip to come back so I am very appreciative that they got me my order when they could have just said, "sorry the lumber yard it closed."

I go to this Home Depot a few times a month. Every time I go, I am greeted by pleasant and helpful employees. Please keep up the good work!!

Every time I visit this store I like it better and better! Everyone is so kind and courteous and willing to help with anything! Its so refreshing to come to a business and the employees seem happy to be there and the customer service is amazing!

We have shopped at this store for several years for many household and construction items and have always been treated with respect by your employees. They make us feel like our projects are very important and deserve their complete attention.

I came in to look at storm doors . Gentleman was very helpful and knowledgeable. I came back the next day to purchase and set up a will call . The same man loaded the door and had someone ring me up . Again a very nice gentleman. Process was very fast and efficient. My son had a great experience picking up my door ! Will definitely recommend Sterling Home Depot to friends .

I have bought materials for several jobs over the last 2 years and I have to say that the Sterling home depot is not supplying materials at the level of their competitors. This store has gone down hill severely. I will not be shopping here anymore.

Opened up the Pro Desk on a Saturday to help me order my privacy fence and was very polite.

I have always been able to get friendly help when I visit this store and I have been to a lot of Home Depots.

I special ordered 21 windows today. We were hit by a very destructive hail storm starting with golball size hail and up to softball or 5 inch hail that lasted 45 minutes. Needless to say all windows were destroyed. Gregg, and Joe, were extremely helpful and understanding in helping us get this order in so we can get started on repairing the damage. We thank them for thier patients.
