I moved to Stockton in 3013 I’ve been going to this store since

I needed to build a gate. Found everything under one roof.

They have a great selection of plants and trees, as well as a great garden staff!

But a lot of garden flowers and wood for deck patio and fence

I purchased a stove/oven, refrigerator, washer, dryer and lawn mower when we purchased our home. Now that I in need of a new oven, I came back to the trusted source. I can rest assured I will get the best price and customer service. I'd highly recommend when you're in need of anything.

We are so excited for what we purchase and the service that we receive . If you are looking to replace your floors look for Daniel Bubeck #355. He is the best person that can help you on your floor replacement needs. I highly recommend him.

Cashier was very unprofessional and wasn’t knowledgeable about the pro rewards system. Didn’t offer to ask someone for help. Just laughed between the other employee becasue I was frustrated with the transaction.

This year has been a little interesting at the Hammer Lane store in Stockton. I went to the garden section & needed some assistance. A young lady name Yvette was loudly slurping on her drink. I asked if she could help me, she nodded “no”! Didn’t know what my need was. She replied, “I’m a cashier “. Found a gentleman working in same dept by name of Rick. He was a great help. My opinion is, train the young ones “how to work”.

If you want great service ask for Hansel or Sonja

Sonja gave me the greatest customer service I have ever had at any Home Depot. I will continue to come to this Home Depot rather than the one closer to my house she made the trip worth it thank you Sonja. Home Depot should be proud to have her as an employee

I usually drive to the Lodi store as the Stockton store on Hammer is the pits. However, I must say, I have noticed an improvement in the stores organization, and customer service. It’s nice to see…….

We only come back to this location, because of how amazing Rick, in the garden department, is. He is the kindest and most helpful person we’ve ever met. Rick rocks!

Employees in this store are exceptional. They are knowledgeable about product, product use and installation. I have shopped here for several years and received excellent advice and service in plumbing, mill work, fans and lighting, paint, and garden and general home repair.

ALWAYS A GREAT EXPERIENCE SHOPPING AT HOME DEPOT

I was very happy with the discount Stacey was able to provide.

While shopping I brought up a piece of molding that had a UPC sticker on it. The cashier scanned the product and it came up on inactive, The cashier turned to me and asked “ What do wanted to do because the UPC came up inactive”? I told her I wanted to purchase the item and she needed to look it up. After about 10 minutes I ask for a manager. I literally had to show the manager where this item was. This store has some major issues. At the same time a customer asked where the 5 gallon orange igloo water dispensers were. The cashier told her that they were a seasonal item and they didn’t have them. I informed the customers that they can find them in the garden department. The cashier looked at me stunned!
