This is the Home Depot that I buy from most of the time even though its not the closest. I really appreciate the help. I have found the specialists knowledgeable. I don't have a problem finding someone if I need help. The store is always clean, easy to check out, the parking lot is not as crowded as others, the rental center has had everything that I need and their staff knows what they're talking about.

I always shop at Home Depot great store, but this evening I stopped in to get some paint ask for help took a Young Man 2 minutes to say I'll help you give me a minute so I stood there so after several minutes watching him do things before he attempts to help me he finally asked me how can I help you, I told him I needed paint and what kind he proceeds to tell me to give him a few more minutes, then he'd help me, to top all this off we got 15 minutes before the store closes then we got 10 minutes then we got 5 minutes still no help so I took it upon myself to help myself I used buckets of paint to stand on, read, and reach for paint, there was even a ladder there that I climbed and moved I find the paint I wanted, the young man not even once came down that aisle to see if I needed help still or not, needless to say I'm not stupid I know what kind of paint I want , I just didn't know where to get it within minutes before closing, I'm sure the assistant manager or whoever if I was even on camera was having a heart attack every bucket I stood on every latter I climbed up to read and reach the paint, the only good part about this I did find the paint I wanted and needed I just want to say thank you to the young man that said he would help me. I will never go back to the store on superstition Drive in Mesa again

Great store with a friendly staff.

This store is definitely my favorite even though it’s farther than the one I live by. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I received a hello as soon as I walked in and asked throughout my visit if I needed help. If you’re buying an appliance I recommend asking for Jon or Mark. They were super helpful and knew what they were talking about.

Bill in plumbing is super friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Great people!

Store manager Dario went out of his way to help me today. He made me feel like I was shopping in HIS store and not a big Chain/big box store. Might sound silly, but it was nice to feel welcome in the store and not just like another customer. Thanks!

I had questions on how to replacing a shower head, what to use on my weeds, and how to get rid of spiders! I spotted Jim one of your employees in the plumbing. I told Jim what I was looking for. Jim was my personal shopper today! He helped me find a sprayer for weeds, pests and He explained what I would need to connect the new shower head. Jim gave me the confidence to try it without calling a plumber to install it for me. I did it! I am very thankful that I spoke with Jim. He was the best personal shopper I have ever ran into! I will comeback to this store and look for Jim again when I need anything. I was impressed!

This home depot location is always busy, and well staffed with knowledgeable people. They are always willing to help in any way.

The manager Dallas was amazing! He helped locate a price for a tree I had picked out for a memorial.. This young man was very nice and very helpful!! Thank you Dallas for your service ! Will be coming back to this location thanks to him ..

Great service and all the products needed..

I understand that measures were taken to assure the safety of customers and associates . Not to complain about anyone but my husband asked where a particular item was and on the second item he asked about he didnt know but having been a home depot associate myself, if an associate doesnt know dont just leave the customer there but at least ask someone that might know. Not to make a big deal out of it but our whole shopping experience was very good.mary

I simply love the employees of this store.

I shop at the Home Depot all the time and almost always get the help I need to know what to buy and how to do the job. I am there often enough that I have gotten to know several of the employees and they know me as well. Almost like coming home. Course I also have a dog that has been coming with me since she was 12 weeks old. I appreciate how the employees faces light up when they see her. She is now 5 years old and she has gotten alot of her training on unexpected noises and crowds at the local Home Depot.

Have shopped at this Home Depot for the last 21 years and never had a bad experience. The store has never been out of an item I needed and the customer service has always been fair and excellent.

They have every thing one needs. But sometimes, your products are slightly more expensive than other stores. Especially the floor decor.
