Gina made my day with truly exceptional customer service. I shop THD because there’s always someone friendly to help, product selection is great and prices fit my budget.

We had a really GREAT experience at NE Tally store with Cust. Svc. Dept. Lead Gina who helped sort out a glitch in our credit application. And also Kevin in Millwork helped us find and order the exact right front door we wanted from among countless choices.

Good selection of products! The very helpful man in hardware ( Michael Newton) made my day! I was clueless and he was extremely helpful and did above my expectations! Very happy with my visit to this store!

Great and knowledgeable employees!

We had a broken bed frame on a very expensive bed. I tried to find what I was looking for in hardware. An employee took me to lumber to meet Aldofina. Meet her if you get a chance. She found EXACTLY what I needed, a steel cleat plate. One hour later, the bed is rock solid. Go to Home Depot, ask for Aldofina. She is working her way through every department, while working her way through school.

Customer service is really, really suffering. Today the “Supervisor” was extremely disrespectful & unprofessional to customers & employees. He had all the employees I communicated with upset and angry from him “chewing them out.” He ignored those of us waiting in line, while he helped friends who were not in line. My observations were that the employees were trying hard, the supervisor was not helping the employees or the customers. I used to like Home Depot, struggling to recommend this store to friends.

PRO DESK IS ALWAYS HELPFUL AND ALWAYS LOOKS OUT FOR CUSTOMERS AND THE "PERKS" THEY MAY HAVE EARNED.

This store brings lousy customer service to a whole new low. Dirty retail floor, not well stocked and the employees act like they are doing you a favor but not until they get off their phones or stop visiting with fellow employees.

My visit involved getting serval items including an exchange of a defective propane tank that I had no receipt for. I interacted with 4 different employees. All were very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. We’re patient and took there time helping me.

Outstanding and competent. Really gets into the finishing details. Vivian is exceptional!

Andrew provided accurate cuts of selected lumber items & provided valued advice & assistance to my wife & I, we are now in our 80's and always enjoy shopping at Home Depot for all home needs in all seasons.

I went in looking for new plants. They all looked great and employees were friendly. They were watering the plants and garden looked colorful.

We could not find what we needed on display. Dominique was polite proffesional and efficient in looking up what we needed and when it was not on the shelf he located the last part and though he had to get a large ladder he quickly got us what we needed.

The female employee Terri was the one who assisted me and was excellent!

Needed to purchase a new kitchen faucet and we were pleased with the selection and pricing. Thanks!

Vivian in Home Cabinets is a true Gem

I was in need of outdoor cameras and the manager, Tameka Kyles was incredibly kind. She listened, help me find and decide on which cameras to buy, spent ample time with me, then checked me out herself. Knowing I was upset by a situation I was in only moments before coming to the store, she gave me not 1, but 2 hugs before I left. Tamekas customer service will be the reason I return to this store for anything. 10 stars to her for going above and beyond for a scared customer!

When I went in I was greeted by a sales person sorry didn’t get her name but she showed me what I was looking for and told me to ask for Sam he would could help me and he did I’m not to tall and he also helped me a get a lid for a bucket that I couldn’t reach he was very friendly as well

This Home Depot has done it for me. I will never shop there again, nor will I shop at any Home Depot. I had to find everything I needed, no one was around to ask for assistance. There should be a lower rating than poor! Upon attempting to check out, I received zero help with trying to get my military discount, the only help was an employee telling me it was my responsibility to download an app and scan my ID. Zero customer service, and the minimal help I did get mad me so mad that I will never shop at Home Depot again.

I entered the store yesterday not knowing what would happen. My workman, who had picked up an order 2 days prior, had caused a $350 problem. Gina listened and gradually understood. She is kind and solution-oriented. Gina thought and fixed the problem. Her supervisor supported her. I walked out relieved and happy!

Extremely happy with Home Depot

We walked in at 8:30 tonight and we were immediately greeted by Kevin who asked if we needed any help. My husband explained our situation ( water leak in the wall. Copper pipe needing a quick fix with a flex pipe). Kevin took us straight to each part we needed and was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was interrupted by another customer while we were walking to another aisle and he quickly gave that customer exact directions to what he needed. He went above and beyond to help us.

Ordered install carpet from Home Depot, selected, carpet pay for measurement, and even made full payment for the install just under $5k. After they took my money, they decided to call and tell me that the carpet was not available, nor any like carpet is available. This was not baseline carpet but rather their branded quality carpet ‘Lifeproof Pet.’ They could have and should have known that the carpet was not available or would not be available, ever before the order was even placed or even multiple times afterwards. Now they just want me to come in and buy an upgraded even more expensive carpet. This sounds like a bait and switch.

It has been a while since I have been back to Home Depot, I went in due to an upcoming hurricane and wanted to get a small grill just in case plus I can use it durring the summers. Was assisted by an agent from the helpdesk she went above and beyond what I expected. and the Cashier Bri was amazing. If you ever stop in Tallahassee and need something go see Bri.

After 3 months, home depot was unable to get the cabinets I ordered, and no one seemed to care

I came to this store from Dothan, AL to buy a particular Ryobi Battery Powered Zero Turn Mower. I was in the store for over 3 hours trying to make a purchase. The main reason for this is because the associates did not know where the item was, I had to wait 20 minutes for a garden associate to come to the customer service counter, they did not initially know where the accessories were to this item, they did not know where the keys were, a forklift was required and store had only one trained driver who was not on duty and lastly the management staff was not helpful in assisting the associates who were trying to help me.

Dominick and Tatiana were very helpful. Dominick was patient, knowledgeable and kind while helping me.

Michael and everyone else at the pro desk are always helpful and I enjoy seeing them everyday.
