I had to come in to pick up plywood for a wedding project. I’m building 5 flower boxes to run along my aisle and needed all of the plywood cut to size. This would have taken me hours, but Jake was up for the task! He cut everything down to exact sizes which took us 45 minutes. So glad I got an employee with a smile and great attitude!

The service and/or products from Home Depot have been deteriorating last several years. I’ve had ongoing problems with your store in Daytona Beach Florida, and this last weekend I bought a fire pit at my store in Tatum and bell Phoenix. I looked at several online the night before, and when I went to the store, I was told everything they had was out, and I should not expect anything more. If you would look at all of the boxes, you would see they were all been exposed to some kind of weather or flooding and yet they were all sitting out there at full price. When I got one at home, I had to bang it out because it had been damaged. There is no sense in taking it back, because all the other boxes were equally damaged. There are other choices and I will be making them

The store is amazing and the employees are willing to help help you when ever you need them and even go a extra mile to make you understand and assist on the products.

My husband and I shop at Home Depot about once a week. Yes we are that couple that take romantic walks thru HD! It's a wonderful store to find not only stuff to repair our home and garden with, but also doodads, that you would not expect to use as art supplies. So kudos to you and your wonderful staff. I just would like to see more people able to help.

Cashier Margaret was very pleasant to work with. Fast, efficient, knowledgeable with a very pleasant personality.

I needed to replace the downstairs Guest bathroom water faucets. I had difficulty removing the two upper water source Nuts. Matt showed me the tool I needed and how to use it. Worked Like a charm. Then I could not Unscrew the Drain nut. It has been there over 20 years. I went back to HD and Jeff helped me this time. Still the sink Leaked at the top of the drain pipe. Jeff introduced me to Plummers Putty. Problem solved. Both guys were knowledgeable, personable and Happy to help.

We had great assistance at this location- advice on replacement for a cartridge (dripping shower), online search for products not on shelves and assistance with home services-we were very impressed and grateful for the support

Well, I walk in and I see Ben, from plumbing. He is standing next to another associate near the door I entered from. It was perfect timing, as the other associate says "this is Ben's last day here". He's transferring to Prescott Valley store. I had a chance to say farewell and to thank Ben for all the plumbing help he has given me over the years at Tatum and Bell Home Depot.

I have been a customer since 2009. I have never had a bad experience buying here.

Garden center at the Tatum location of Home Depot has the best sales people on the floor. They are knowledgeable and always willing to help. I have never had a question. That was not answered at the store

Employees are always friendly and helpful at this store.

The employee in the plumbing area was very helpful in helping us pick out replacement faucets and other hardware. The additional packages arrived on time and were the correct ones. Great service and attitude.

I want to thank Marcia Bruno at Tatum and Bell for her outstanding consumer service. I came to buy a dishwasher and her guidance and knowledge made this purchase a breeze.

This store seems to have more of everything than some other stores and the employees are very helpful, when I need help. I mostly know what I need and where it is so I don't need help very often, but when I do, I don't have to look far for help. This is my favorite store overall but I have to drive further than my closest store, The Beast, also known as Thomas Road. I'm very happy with both stores and the staff but Tatum and Bell has a really good feel when I shop there.

I spend a lot of time at this location as I continue to update our entire family home, by myself. This location has the most knowledgeable and friendly employees I have experienced in AZ and IL. My recent experience I ran into Jeff in the plumbing department. This guy is on-point with his advice. Located all the parts within minutes and I was on my way. First time I started a project that I didn't need to go back to HD because I forgot to buy something. All due to Jeff. True asset to Home Depot!!!!

Sam (working customer service) was so great. He was calm and patient and even thought it was 29 min before closing he did everything he could to help me complete the return.

I use this store a lot. It sure seems like "customer engagement" is now a part of employee training. Pretty much everyone I encountered either greeted me or asked if I was getting along okay or were interested in my project. That never use to happen, but these days it's a regular occurrence. Kinda cool. I like it.

Store stocked a sub floor vapor barrier exactly what we needed

I went in looking for a dishwasher to purchase/install and felt like I walked out with a new friendship. Anthony was AMAZING! Very thorough and personable. Thanks Anthony! I'll be back with more projects.

Was greated by a supervisor in plumbing named Mark. Listened to my needs and suggested a product that would help me. Very impressed with all the helpfulness

The HD employees seem to be making a better effort asking if they can help customers. I appreciate this improvement. However, being relegated to self serve checkout lines is really disappointing (only 2 full service lanes and often only one is operating). The self serve scanner guns are great for spreading germs, dirt, etc. I so wish I didn't have to use these. And HD no longer provides hand sanitizer at the self serve checkout stations like it used to do so you could at least clean your hands after finishing your checkout.

I wrote on my other survey Give customers a break. I heard you don’t set prices. They are set by the vendor. THEN GET A NEW VENDOR Tell your people that do the ordering

I have been getting unsolicited survey emails from Home Depot whenever I have charged a purchase at their store. I DID NOT GIVE THEM PERMISSION TO TRACK ME or my purchases. This is a privacy violation! I will not be doing any more business at Home Depot stores in the future due to their unscrupulous tracking and privacy violations. They are probably going to remove this review because it publicly brings out their immoral activities.

The website/app will indicate items are in stock, but visiting the store reveals empty shelves where those items should be stocked. If the website/app says the store has a quantity of 126 in stock, I expect to see at least a dozen or two on the shelves. More times than not I'm sorrowfully disappointed to see empty shelves. Asking for assistance is an exercise in futility. First, finding someone who is willing to help is a miracle, but asking them where the missing items are located usually results in the employee showing me the empty shelf and telling me "Oh, I guess we're out of that". Asking why the website indicates they have many in stock usually nets the same response: "Oh, that website is never accurate". Odd that other Home Depot locations don't seem to have the same issue.

Returned a few items that did not meet my needs and purchased items that were not available in the location near me. Everyone I passed asked if I was finding everything I needed and knew where to locate those items. Seems like a well run store.
