Stephanie at the Pro Desk is so knowledgeable, helpful and a joy to work with! She is always my go-to person in the entire store! I always start with her.

I ordered a product several weeks ago at hd online and received an email that it was being delivered. The store could not find it and determined it was sent and returned at some point prior to the store receiving it for no apparent reason over a week ago. Associate David and Charlie Walker Asst. Manager took to time to get the situation handled and did an exceptional job in making everything right for me. It did take a while, but correcting mistakes by others and making it right is sometimes time consuming. I will continue to use HD based on this exceptional service. P

There are definitely more associates which makes the shopping experience better. I am in this store 3-4 times a week. The nursery staff, plumbing staff and paint staff do all they can to help you. I do have to say that the new customer service design is a mess and confusing. Customers cannot tell if it is for returns or purchases or customer service. Split it into customer service, returns and cashiers in CLEARLY MARKED areas. The previous customer service employees are not so keen on being a cashier, the return person is over whelmed and then some new people doing who knows what in between. The store has improved but it needs more improvement at the main entrance where customer service, checkout and returns are all crammed together with bad signage.

After doing copious research, Shawn in appliances gave us the confidence to purchase a washing machine and dryer. Home depot matched or beat the price of all the major stores and after another day of research I feel confident we made a great purchase. So far, a very good experience was had.

Always a pleasure to shop here. I find what I need for business purposes and my personal home improvement and maintenance needs.

There is always someone asking if I need assistance and are always there to help load my purchases

We are re-doing the backyard and this is is always our go-to place for all the tools and gardening supplies. The employees are great when I need help finding things or giving me pointers/directions re: the how-to's. This has always been my go-to place over the years.

Great prices. Great service from Dano. He was very thorough and pleasant. Checkout process was quick and seamless

I am in the store 2-3 times a week for small purchases and larger home improvement or replacement items. There is definitely an improvement in customer service and the associates seem eager to help. Previously they moaned and groaned about how bad it was to work there. Now, ey seem interested that I get the right product on the first store visit. And, I think their opinions and information on the products I am considering buying are valid.

I came in with my mind set on a particular vacuum cleaner which would have been twice the cost of the one I ended up purchasing. The gentleman who helped me recommended the Shark Rotator and I am very happy with it. He also gave me some tips on cleaning my travertine flooring which really worked! The cashier was warm, friendly and went out of her way to make sure I got the appropriate discount which I was not aware of. All in all, a trip I had kind of dreaded as my husband is usually the one who shops at Home Depot turned out to be quite pleasant.

didn't have as much variety as I had hoped for, in the plant area, but we were able to find a plant and our daughter, was able to find a beautiful yellow canna.

Ben in plumbing is an awesome associate. He not only figured out what i needed, but also assembled it for me in the store while he was very busy. I appreciated it very much. KUDOS to Ben.

I have been going to this particular Home Depot for over 10 years and do much of the purchasing of plants/electrical supplies/etc for a condo complex that I assist with. The associates are great and would find it difficult to change to any other Home Depot Store. The managers, in particular, are the best.

Perhaps I'm being too critical, but I find getting into and out of this store bothersome. There is a street that circles around the back of this Home Depot and it has not one single driveway that leads into the parking lot. It's just difficult to maneuver into and out of the store. Inside, it's a fairly typical Home Depot. The staff has been helpful about 80% of the time but they don't seem to be too cognizant of the need to make shopping there a pleasant experience. My experiences looking at appliances, flooring, and doors & windows have been less than stellar, but shopping in other departments has been fairly good. I can't say there's anything about this HD that sets it apart from others, but it's the closest one to my home and will have to suffice.

It was fast and easy to find a product I needed, then I did a self check out without any lines.

Stephanie at the Pro-desk is always so helpful, courteous and very knowledgeable. I really appreciate her - she cuts my time in half at the store.

We were extremely happy with the help we received when purchasing our Milwaukee Tool Chest and Cabinet sets. Cindy was 'friendly, courteous, patient, KNOWLEDGEABLE and 'over-the-top' helpful in locating the items that we needed to purchase. SHE IS AMAZING!!!! Robert helped us check out and was courteous and helpful also. Our items were delivered within a matter of about an hour!!!! Our experience far exceeded our expectations.

I had such a great experience at the store today. I needed help with hard to find items and the associate not only told me where to find them, she walked me over and made sure that I was able to find it. I was amazed by the helpful attitude of the store associate.

LOTS OF LONG TERM EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION WHO KNOW THEIR STUFF. MOST OF THE CASHIERS ARE FRIENDLY LIKE THE NEWEST ONE COURTNEY!! MORNING CREW IS AWESOME

I would have bought more products if an associate was around to help with understanding the products you sell. None were in that specific department or the 2 on either side to even ask to get someone.

Associates really knew their products and enabled me to fix a problem without the need to hire a professional.

I had the most pleasant employee helping me today, her name is Dawnn and I have NEVER had such a great experience at a Home Depot as I did today. I will be back to The Home Depot at Tatum and Bell because of Dawnn

I was very happy with Bill in the Garden Dept. and with Louann at checkout. They were very nice and helpful.

Pamela did a fantastic job during my checkout. She demonstrated that she truly understands what great customer service is. She was warm and friendly and really connected.

We knew what we needed and an associate was nearby and took us directly to what we were looking for. The associate thoroughly explained our options from among the many choices. The associate obviously had much experience in that field (lighting) and we last with exactly what we needed.

Another poor Tatum and Bell experience waited 15 minutes to get a piece of wood cut. This store stinks.

Friendly, helpful and relatively fast. Purchasing a new back door was a positive experience. We'll be back.

The store was clean and there is always an associate asking if you need any help. Very friendly staff
