Have purchased many items at our local Home Depot & always had a great experience, especially love my new washer & dryer!!!

A week later, it’s dead.

Soooo pleased with the help n experience of getting help with our order from Store Manager-Alfredo Vegas n Assistant Manager-Britney!!! They made sure everything was worked out as should be. They were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, patient and went out of their way to make sure my husband Joe n I were happy with order, process and whole experience. A++++ for them BOTH at the Terrell,Tx Home Depot location!!!! Great job you two!

I may have to wait but always get help from the staff when I need it. The store is organized enough for me to find most of the items I need.

Over the decades since this location opened I have tried many times to use the store. If nothing else, they are consistent in being disappointing. The few times I have left with everything I entered the store intending to purchase felt like a victory. Occasionally I have encountered pleasant employees who seemed happy to be there, but those are a gem in the rough at this location. Set your expectations low, and you might not be disappointed.

The store is too small for this market. It's always a mess, with stuff just dropped in the aisles. Very common not to be able to get a cart through. Inventory is inconsistent, always out of something. But the shelves are such a mess, if you dig around, you might find what you need. Lumber carts are horrible. Good luck finding one with wheels that work. Do people working in the garden department know you have to water the plants? Hopefully, the new Forney store will be nice for a while.

Slow service from employees. This store used to provide great service but not anymore.

I was glad to buy some flowers for my mother!

This Home Depot has great selections, everything you need for home and a small chicken ranch. Life would be rough out in this area without it.

There are never adequate employees to assist with finding product or assistance with heavy items to the vehicle. And then you get to check yourself out! Customer service is an oxymoron.

I shop 2-3 times a month. Location is the main reason

Went to see a Range and Robert from appliance explains clearly the difference between every single one, he is knowledgeable and helpful, finally decided to buy one after 4 minutes of his help.

never enough employees there to help and when you find one they work in a different department and dont know what you are trying to find either. never any cashiers on staff so only 1 line open with 10 people standing waiting and I DONT WORK THERE SO SELF CHECKOUT IS NOT FOR ME.

I was looking for a dishwasher and employee Debra brought them up on the computer in the appliance dept and let me look through the options. Debra was very knowledgeable about the products and explained how to tell which dishwashers were less noisy than others and also showed me other features that I was not aware of.

We bought a new washer and our sales person was so helpful and friendly

We went in at 6:30 pm to look at refrigerators. Half expecting for there to not be anyone in that department and having to go back the following day. But thankfully we were greated by Joc! He was so friendly. He knew all the products. He d8d not tey to hard sale. It was the most enjoyable trip to spend almost 2k that I've ever experienced. I now tell everyone, if you need an appliance or flooring go to Terrell Home Depot and ask for Joc!!

Had to order on line ( from the store) but received the items the next day delivered to my home. Very nice service

Young clean cut white man helped me I asked several other older black men when was walking towards me acted like they didn’t even hear me

Floor employees were virtually invisible. Paint department had 15 people in line and one poor little girl doing everything she could serve everybody. Walking the floor looking for somebody to ask a question. I went around the store twice before I finally found somebody to talk to that was loose. They didn’t Know anything about that department they look something up for me and sent me on my way I finally wound up at the customer service desk. One young man was quite rude and said this wasn’t what he did that he just got stuck over there. The other young man helped me and did everything he could, though we did not resolve the problem. On the floor, I finally found one young man on the forklift that was particularly special. His name is Tyler and I would highly recommend him as an employee. Other than that, I’ve been saying this for years, Home Depot needs to get their customer service thing together. If you’re competitors or as close to me as you are, I would avoid Home Depot and shop there. I’ve been Account holder for years, so I’m not just a one time disgruntled person. This has been an ongoing problem with your company. You need to hire more help and take some off the top in order to improve the product of your bottom line.

I have shopped at this HD location 3 separate times now over the last couple of months. Each time, I have needed help finding the proper items for particular projects at our newly built home. And each time, there was a different HD employee that went completely out of their way to help me find, purchase, and load the items I needed. This location has provided the best help for me over all of my other HD experiences I have had over the last 30 years. Congratulations to the management and staff at the Terrell, Texas location! I will be back!

Staff took me to the places I needed and helped me get my two items then rang me up

2 Wrong doors werr ordered. I had to pay a restock fee to get the rest of my money. I asked them to order the correct doors. I was told they would contact me for the new order and price. 5 days later, I haven't received a call or email.

I ordered my product online on 10/18/24. Delivery was scheduled for 10/23/24. After waiting all day for the delivery at home, it did not arrive and Federal Express updated the status to "delivery date will be shown when available" at 8:00 p.m. Not cool!!

Looking for winter grass. Your team helped me. Loaded the car and were courteous and professional. They always are. The ladies at the service desk were helpful and always courteous. My husband and I are 76 years old, and they always greet us coming in and leaving. They have always had our car loaded for us even in pouring rain.

This Home Depot Store always has what I need for home improvements. The associates are friendly and helpful anytime I need help.

Mark Messer is great. Went above and beyond helping on windows and definitely my go to now. Much appreciated
