A great place find necessities, but also a great place to graze among the beautiful tools and supplies

Ignored by the staff intentionally

Bought a ton of wood pellets and it was delivered as scheduled up to the garage doors.

We love the new grille- and the delivery driver “Chris” was was A++. We are older an he took the time to explain how it works and how to access our phone for the directions. Thank you Chris !

Ob from Tewksbury Home Depot was nothing short of professional, informative, polite and patient. We purchased a washing machine on at a very busy time where Ob was the only one in the department at the time . He handled everything with patience and did a fantastic job spending adequate time with us. Thank you ! Awesome job Ob!! There should be more associates like him .

It’s hard to find employees that know their stuff, but for the most part this Home Depot does. In Tewksbury Ma.

I had a large roofing order. Very heavy material. An assistant manager was willing to walk with me & write down all the sky's & amounts I would need. Then he handed me off to the pro desk. (Jeremiah) They got another associate to pick the order & load it on my truck. The process took about 2 hrs. Pretty good since the material was as heavy as steel.

Everyone is always so helpful! On this particular visit Chriss at register and Kevin the manager were great! Thank you!

I went into the store after driving 45 mins for a specific product. When I arrived, I couldn’t find it. A sales rep, Tania Rosado, was very attentive and happy to assist. She was great and worked to make the process of ordering it easy for me.

Jeff at the Tewksbury Home Depot was so helpful! He really went above and beyond. And he delivered service with a smile! I hope the bosses at Home Depot know his value!!

We are in the process of renovating our home. The Tewksbury Home Depot has been an enormous help to this mind boggling experience. We have been very impressed with the help we have received across multiple departments from flooring, to kitchen remodeling, to plumbing to electrical. We are very grateful for the assistance in choosing products and in designing products.

While my shop was not that large, I was helped by a CSR who was just doing her job downloading supplies, when she told me where to find a staple gun and which staples to purchase. I also witnessed a cashier who had to tell a customer his credit card did not work and to please use another one - the customer did not have another credit card and he had to walk out of the store, but the cashier did not embarrass the customer and spoke quietly to him, while there were others at the register waiting in line. Lastly, the cashier on the right side who assisted me, was very kind to take his time explaining about a gift card I had purchased and did two transactions instead of one so that I could send the receipt to the recipient of the gift card. These three events made my trip to Home Depot in Tewksbury unforgettable and wonderful!

Luz S assisted me with navigating through self checkout. Purchased a plant that was not in best of shape in hopes of helpingbto save it. Asked if store would consider giving me a discount given the plants condition. She immediately took anaddiotional $5 off the already discounted price. Original price was $19.95..sale price $14.95..after Luz S took one look at it... Sold for $9.95. Thank You Luz !
