No problems finding what I needed

I visit Home Depot on a regular basis, and each time is a good experience, however on a recent trip I met an employee that went above and beyond what he could have done to help me. Tim, from hardware took me to an entire other part of the store to show me the product I was looking for and explained how to use it even though it was not in his department. He was a proud employee and took pride in his work even though he had only bee an employee for 3 years. I'll be back.

VETRAN DISCOUNT AT RISK, Was told my DD-214 is NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE for the veteran discount! They are limiting their discount to those with MILITARY ID ONLY, My fellow vets, you know only disabled and retired service members get a photo ID, so Home Depot is now being selective over which veterans get their discount! Let them know how unacceptable this is and that this policy doesn't represent their publicity of "We provide a discount to those that served our country"! They're picking and choosing which veterans they Offer a discount to! Their way a watching their bottom line and showing they want to appear like our service mattered.

The employees were available to help find things, even though it took a little while to find a employee, that wasn't busy.

They have a great variety of pansies -- all colors and different size packages and pots. One of the employees was very handy to tell me what price these were, since it wasn't always clear which signs went with which.

I am impressed with ease of parking. There are always helpful associates both the greater at the door and in each isle. The multiple cashiers minimizes wait time . Restrooms are well maintained.

this store is very clean & easy to find products needed

As stated above, had to go to store on Powell Ave. as the store in Hermitage had sold out of brown mulch. Found the store well maintained and stocked well. The personal was friendly .

Employees are always willing to help and take the time required to make sure I am taken care of.

Employees at this store are so helpful and pleasant to interact with! Usually the shelves at this store are well-stocked, but I happened to need something that appeared to be out. I asked an employee if she knew whether there might be more inventory, or if they were out. She was happy to help - In no time she looked up the item, found where the inventory was, wheeled the stairs around to get more from their top shelf, and put one in my hands. Being used to other stores where employees act inconvenienced if you ask them a question, it is so nice to interact with Home Depot employees who are happy to help you out!

I don't know why we try to shop anywhere else. This store always has the products we want, always have helpful associates who are knowledgeable and personable, if you watch their ads/join the email list the deals are always useful, and we always leave with a smile because we always have a great experience.
