Very busy store, you do have to look for someone to help if needed but they are willing, just a lot of customers tugging for assistance. Checkout not so pleasant today, without slandering someone's name, very Rude, could care less I was in the line or that I was purchasing items that placed money in the cash drawer that in the end pays the paycheck, what the heck.. where is the customer service?This person belongs at dock, no interaction with customers.

I do a lot of gardening and minor home repair. I frequent this Home Depot location several times per month. The staff are always helpful and friendly. The store typically has the items that I need, in a style that I like, at a price I can afford. Plus, they have the best hotdog and burger food truck in town! My only complaint is the parking lot is small and crowded. As with everything in Nashville, the heavy traffic was not a consideration when developing this commercial district so getting in and out can be slow. Still, it is a very convenient store and pleasant shopping experience.

I appreciate the availability of nature-friendly and non-toxic products for repelling ants and bugs. The safety of kids and pets is of great importance to me.

The only thing negative was waiting to check out! More cashiers needed.

Product selections are limited. When we asked the detailed question on the products for the specific kind, the associates said that those were only items they have, and he did not give me any suggestion he may have. So, I got stuck. I know Home Depot does not have everything, but I hoped the associates should know better that customers.

Clyde was very helpful in re-keying two locks. He also helped me find the right size set screw for one of the door handles. His service level exceeded my expectations.

Just ran in for a quick return and purchased the right item this time. Associates as friendly and helpful as always. Great store.

I used to not like Home Depot for some reason and would do anything (like shopping at higher priced hardware stores) to keep out of Home Depot. Now, I love Home Depot and I go quite often! I shop in the garden department, I try DIY projects and have even found many of your items beat Walmart and for a much better product. I am about to try ordering online for store pick-up. I can't believe I found J. R. Watkins products online! I love Home Depot and am getting to know the store inside and out.

Home Depot associates in the lawn mower section were very helpful. From helping me choose the right mower to loading my car.

The store is easy to get tofrom Downtown Nashville and well arranged.

Thought I had lucked out; needed to replace my dishwasher; Home Depot had a stainless steel interior, quiet running Samsung dishwasher on sale for $398 from $550 . what a relief! So I thought ... NOT! --- Bummer, I had originally given 5 stars but I take it all back a week and a half later. I sent the dishwasher back. In fairness the staff in Appliances are great and and I feel they did their best but I am DONE with Home Depot as I have lost confidence in the company used to install their appliances. I still have some floors and a kitchen reno to do but Lowes will now have all my ongoing home repair etc business. I have had 2 dishwashers installed over the years and never ran into a problem. Two attempts to deliver and install with each time stating they didn't have a long enough water intake hose, that said without ever measuring. Why couldn't a proper assessment be done on the first visit a sure sign of incompetence, not to take the time to properly measure. Then their office calls saying I had to have Samsung special extension kit that according to Samsung doesn't exist. The only solution was to have a plumber come and do the hosing then the installers come back to install the dishwasher. No way I trust them with any kind of water hook up

I love being in the store and not feeling overwhelmed.

Went here to buy carpet. Was quoted a price over the phone by a nice woman who worked in blinds. Arrived at the store and found her and was in and out real quick with a better quality cheaper carpet. Very happy with my shopping experience.

I was buying appliances long distance for my recently deceased sister's condo. Nadine was VERY helpful in helping make those purchases and setting up a delivery date. I was also pleased with the price of the appliances I bought.

Someone is always asking if we need help, even on busy days. Lots of air filters on the shelf at large range of price.

I was buying a drill for my husband's birthday and the sales associate who helped me seemed very knowledgable about the products. I was able to purchase a great drill for my husband in a short amount of time and he was very happy with the one I selected.

Another great HD store experience. I have lived in 3 states (Florida, South Carolina and now Tennessee) and always preferred HD among the home improvement stores. Great selection, super clean and well organized stores and the best associates. The Nashville store (Powell Ave.) is no different and always a pleasure to visit.

The item I went in to look for wasn't in stock. The store associate was able to let me know so I didn't waste more time searching so that was helpful. I just wish all the items on the website were available in house. You would have made a $400 sale today instead of $5.

Dee Dahn is the associate who will go out of her way to make sure your purchase of appliances or kitchen cabinets is the best! We were astonished at how nice everyone was!

I go to this store often, as it's closest to my home. I prefer Home Depot over other home improvement stores because of their selection and prices, but I've been supremely disappointed by their customer service. There are a few shining stars there, such as the tool rental department who are all friendly, helpful and available, but I cannot count the number of associates who make eye contact with a waiting customer and proceed ignore them, or else avert their gaze entirely so as not to get roped into customer service. I expect much more from any store, but especially a company with a reputation as good as Home Depot's.

Nadine and Christine were standing several rows away and I motioned that I needed help. They were the best customer service people I have ever been around (except at a very high end clothing store) I was not expecting such service. They helped me "figure" and cut wood for me, then they had the rubber mulch I wanted at the cashier's desk and even got a bottle of Seven Dust (?) for me... all the way in the garden shop. They were so exceptionally helpful and nice I left feeling like a million bucks. I will be back in on Friday, if they are there I sure hope they know paint!

This store has a broad selection of up to date environmentally friendly products and the staff seem to all know where everything is and that is a pleasant surprise too.

Great help with getting chain pieces cut, and purchase of heavy duty padlocks... Store was clean and very organized. Staff approached me several times to see if they could assist me

We love this store except for their limited parking and that they are seemingly always busy. We almost always have a great experience! The exception was when a male associate in the garden dept came to "help" us load our retaining wall blocks when he suddenly became "busy" at the time to load them in our van. He went to water plants.
