The people at the Thorton Home Depot off of 92nd and Grant Are so kind and helpful and knowledgeable and it’s a pleasure to shop there.

LESLIE WAS AMAZING!!! She took at situation that was very annoying and made it soooo much better!!!! I had been waiting for close to 3 weeks for my Ryobi kit to come in and I understood with weather delay but there wasn't any communication that the order came in separately. But Leslie called their .Com and asked if we could just give one to me at a store they said they could. So she tracked down a box that was close to my work and called them to make sure it was there and then also gave me all the info to give to the location in Littleton, CO, so I could grab them. I know have my completed order and she went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

I have used this Home Depot for 25 years now. I live in the Federal Heights, Sherwood Community or neighborhood. This home depot has been my go to for the home improvement project that I have accomplished from kitchen redo to my backyard, redo. Great store over the years.

Overall Is a great store to shop there again and again

Vickie was the associate that helped us and she was so friendly and knowledgeable but honestly all employees we interacted with were also pretty great!

I bought 1/2" Birch Plywood at this location because the North Washington store is always out of whatever I want to purchase.

Store is unwilling to pricematch their own website's listed prices for that day. Was told (rudely) I would need to go home and buy it on the website and return to pick it up to obtain the listed price. Insulting to customer.

Always have a such a great attitude and attention to anything I need understanding or help with !

I was looking at vacuum cleaners and I asked the associate who was standing near me for help. Despite his physical challenges, he did everything he could to answer my questions and help me get the vacuum from the floor to the cart. Kudos to him!

I think often that customer service is dead. Marlene changed my thoughts on that today. She is amazing and we left extremely satisfied. We will definitely be back!

Jessica was amazing to work with! She was kind and generous and was more than happy to help me figure out the best way to complete my project. Neither of us knew what we were doing but she went out of her way to learn with me. If u find yourself needing help find Jessica she’s great and will help you figure it out!

I purchased an LG All-in-one washer/dryer that was delivered and installed almost a month ago. I found that it had recently gone on sale, and they credited my account for the difference!

I came to get a part for my sink, and the associate that helped me was very rude and unprofessional. The associate walked away and never returned to help me. Very bad customer service. I will never shop at this store ever again.

Few years ago .homedepot had work shop,s ..speakers guest...on .how to do things. . Dry wall / soldering copper pipe./..wallpaper./ Etc... It was fantastic ....please bring it back ...it was like on Saturday mornings..

Michael in Lumber went above and beyond. I was really nervous to ask for help with this project. He was very patient and thoughtful in his product suggestions (I could tell he was very knowledge able in their area). He cut everything down for me exactly as I needed it and then gave me suggestions for what I needed to complete my project. I can’t say enough good things about Michael and would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone.

Another great experience today by the Cashier and James S. was there to load the four toilets into my vehicle with the help of the cashier.

I just purchased a shed and employees involved in the process were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. Thank YOU.

I would like to say thank you to Edmond in the lumber department. He went out of his way to not only help me with my request but also helped me get the product. It was large pieces of lumber the he got off the shelf for me then cut to my specific request. He definitely went above and beyond! Thank you!

I have been going to this HD in Thornton CO - Store # 1503 for over 15 years. I know the store very well, know more about construction or the products than probably everyone in the store but a small handful each year I go in there If I were to guess. In fact used to be a vendor rep for 2 major companies who are major suppliers to your stores on the West Coast; Orepac Building Products and Jeld-Wen Windows and Doors, the latter being extremely crooked hence your departure of stock vinyl window sales program with them possibly. At any rate, I know the employees, past employees and current employees well. Im followed at times, b/c I appear to be homeless in some of my work attire as my wife says, but I dont ever take anything that I havent paid for and that is my only gripe at this store. I digress. I am here to discuss 1 thing! That is, the mngt here revolves like a door, much like the Stapleton store, but Im sure their problems arise from lack of quality employees to work, but unknowingly the impetus for new mngt at the Thornton store constantly~ but they seem to have gotten it figured out, Especially, LATOYA! When one hears the name Latoya, they probably think Latoya Jackson, the sister of Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, not I. Enter Latoya the Mngr at the Thornton HD #1503. Thats who I think of when i hear the name Latoya! Don't know if she is the GM but I gotta give her a major thumbs up! I can attest that when I go in and see her on shift, she has the crew in line, they respect her, and things just seem better there these days. Over the 15yrs, I have been going to this store, Ive seen dozens of mngrs, most who are too green to be at this high volume store and its been chaos in there, from the store being a mess to them closing 10 minutes early and telling me at the door, too bad, come in morning. She seems to be able to find a solution for whatever it is; a return or buying damaged product, or PK on a particular product, and not to mention, taking the quick minute to just say hello and were you taken care of tonight? I rarely if ever write reviews online, can definitely count on 1 hand how many I have written good or bad in my lifetime, so this is a good shout out to Latoya, Dave I think the big tall guy who used to work at the Golden store and Len or Les the big scruffy guy are solid too! There have been times or periods where I intentionally boycott the store b/c management left a bad taste in my mouth over there in yrs past and I make it a point to cross I-25 and go to the big blue store, a competitor to this store, but as of late, I make it a point to come and patron this Home Depot, and mostly because Latoya, as she will probably be there and the work and effort she appears to have put into her crew are paying off and its noticed by contractors like me, and another 1 who I had shared a barley pop with at the local watering hole as were discussing HD and that big Blue store.
